Yoga in Daily Life is an association that offers classes and yoga sessions from January to July in Barceloneta. There are four different levels at different times of the day. Visit their website to see the full list of prices, but the best bargain has to be the monthly offer of an unlimited number of sessions, plus talks, for 57 euros per month.

You will find similar rates at another Barceloneta yoga center, Ashtanga Yoga Barcelona. Here the introductory courses cost the same, 57 euros per month, but if you prefer yoga at the weekend the price will rise by 50 euros. But the good news is that enrollment, unlike in the previous center, is free. If prefer someone to come to teach you at home, you can opt for session packs. A four-pack would cost you 40 euros, a six-pack 55 euros, and an eight-pack 75 euros.

Another option is Yoga Bindu. This center offers various types of yoga, including yoga for seniors, yoga for children, and yoga for pregnant women. During pregnancy, yoga practice can help relax the hip muscles , so that childbirth is more readily embraced.
