Bona Nit is also “The Green Festival”

The organizers of this Barcelona festival not only want you to have a good night, they want you to have a good, healthy life as well. A major theme of the evening will be healthy living and contact with nature, with plenty of delicious organic food available at the stands.

The Venue

The Poble Espanyol (Spanish for “Spanish town”) is a magnificent architectural museum near the Fountains of Montjuic. It’s one of the biggest tourist attractions in Barcelona for hosting contemporary art, architecture, crafts and gastronomy while providing a relaxing and peaceful environment. Consisting of over 100 buildings, it recreates a true Iberian village.

Line-up and schedule

With a versatile line-up full of promising acts and topped off by a big headliner, Bona Nit Barcelona 2016 has everything to be an enjoyable evening. Let’s take a look at what’s in store for your ears.

19:15 – Acció

A strong start to the concerts with a young Catalonian band inspired by artists such as Jason Mraz, Jamiroquai and Breakbot.

20:10 – Brika

A promising upstart, this Miami native is a Spanish-language singer who has been working with Grammy Award winning producer Julio Reyes Copello.

21:10 – Caloncho

Caloncho is a Mexican artist who was nominated for two Latin Grammy awards for his 2014 debut EP “Fruta”. Another hot young star that you just can’t miss.

22:20 – Molotov JukeBox

Molotov Jukebox is a British band led by Natalia Tena, a singer and actress of Spanish descent who has been featured in Harry Potter and Game of Thrones. Their second record “Tropical Gypsy” came out recently and prominently showcases Tena’s latin roots.

23:30 – Mika

Arguably the biggest name on Bona Nuit Barcelona this year, Mika is a British-Lebanese pop singer with a voice reminiscent of Freddie Mercury and tunes that will stay in your head forever.

01:00 – Two Smoking Fellaz

The night ends with a DJ duo who has been setting Barcelona’s nightclub scene on fire for more than a decade. Don’t go home without dancing to a selective mix of disco music, ghetto funk and future beats.

Have a great Sunday!

Sounds good, doesn’t it? You can but your tickets right now at the official website of Bona Nit Barcelona. On June 11, our advice is to go early so that you can enjoy all the culture, entertainment, and gastronomy that Poble Espanyol has to offer. Spend a great day and dance the night away!
