In addition, it has hot/cold air conditioning , heating by gas radiators, parquet flooring and double-glazed aluminum carpentry.
The only furniture left is:
1) In the kitchen is the chest bench that is next to the window with its cushions. 2 chairs can be stored in the backrest.
2) In the living room, the custom-made white wardrobe with the LED light that illuminates the piano. The lights in the living room too.
3) The white drawer unit is left in the hallway closet.
4) In the bathroom the white furniture is left.
5) In the small room, at least the closet is left. Bunk beds are for sale.
6) In the large room is the complete dressing room.
7) The red Venetian curtains in the kitchen and the pistachio green ones in the living room are left.
There is pre-installation of fiber to the living room and the apartment has very good communication with public transport (one minute walk to the Hostafrancs L1 metro). Bus 52, D20, N2 and N14.

The property management fees and formalization of the contract will be borne by the owner. A minimum deposit of three months is required as a guarantee for the contract. La vivienda cuenta con un dormitorio doble y uno individual, un cuarto de baño completo con plato de ducha, un salón-comedor y una amplia cocina independiente, equipada con nevera, horno, lavadora y cocina de gas. Además de ello, dispone de aire acondicionado frío/calor, calefacción por radiadores de gas, suelo de parquet y carpintería de aluminio de doble vidrio.
Los únicos muebles que quedan son:
1) En la cocina se queda el banco arcón que está junto a la ventana con sus cojines. En el respaldo se pueden guardar 2 sillas.
2) En el salón el armario hecho a medida blanco con la luz led que ilumina el piano. Las luces del salón también.
3) En el armario del pasillo se deja la cajonera blanca.
4) En el baño se deja el mueble blanco.
5) En la habitación pequeña se deja, al menos, el armario. Las literas están a la venta.
6) En la habitación grande está el vestidor completo.
7) Se dejan las cortinas venecianas rojas de la cocina y la verde pistacho del salón.
Hay preinstalacion de fibra hasta el salón y el piso tiene muy buena comunicación con transporte público (a un minuto andando a metro Hostafrancs L1). Autobús 52, D20, N2 y N14.

They will be able to assist you and if is necessary will send a person to solve any problem that has occurred in the apartment. This service is free of charge. However, please note that if the problem is derived from misuse or accident attributable to the tenant, then the repair costs will be charged.
« Ready to move in»: all our apartments are furnished and equipped. All of them have a washing machine, bed linen and blankets; you just have to bring your personal belongings and your own towels. The apartment will be thoroughly cleaned before your arrival.
Outside of these hours, the keys will be delivered in the apartment directly and it has an extra cost.
· Weekdays from 6:00 p.m to 10:00 p.m, extra charge of 30€ and from 10:00 p.m to 9:00 a.m, extra charge of 50€.
· Holidays and weekends surcharge of 30€ all day until 10:00 p.m and 50€ after 10:00 p.m, until 9:00 a.m.
The acceptance of your request will be decided by the owner.
The owner of the booking is entitled to the full refund of the booking amount paid to ShBarcelona, if the contract is not finalized for reasons attributable to the property, without in any case, having the right to demand any additional compensation.
In addition, it is important to keep in mind that although the apartments have insurance that covers water damages, fire and civil liability, this insurance does not cover damages or possible theft of your personal belongings. ShBarcelona is in charge of the change of ownership by the local energy suppliers, the change of ownership of Aigües de Barcelona, for data protection and reasons beyond ShBarcelona's control, must be done by the tenant.

It is important to take into account that, although the apartments have home insurance coverage, this insurance does not cover damages to third parties or the possible theft of your belongings. You will need to take out a home liability insurance policy. You can contact us to contract your home insurance.
The keys will be handed over during office hours (Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm). Outside these hours or on public holidays, you will have to pay an additional €30 to the agent who will give you the keys.
Be careful, if you lose the keys to the flat, you will be charged an additional €50.

- Check-in weekdays between 18:00 h-23:00 h = €30.
- During the weekend or holiday: €30.
- During the weekend or holiday: €30 (All day until 11:00 p.m.)

Make an imprint and a pre-authorization, therefore, the amount will not be charged and this pre-authorization is valid for 7 days.
With this option you will be charged of an extra amount of 20€ to organize the deposit back upon departure. Please note that if you pay cash, the amount will be returned once it has handed over the keys and if the apartment conditions are satisfactory.
The number of persons who may use the apartment may not exceed the number of persons for which the apartment is supposed to be used, except for children under two years of age. Pets are allowed only when permission has been granted.
