The district of Horta-Guinardó is located in the upper part of Barcelona, close to the Ronda de Dalt and the foot of the Collserola mountain. It is a quiet and very friendly district, with basic services and where prices are not excessively high.

Being located near several parks and forest areas, it is surrounded by greenery. It has a certain altitude, it is also a clear area with good views, a moderate population density and very sunny.

It has a lower level of pollution than other more central areas of Barcelona, and traffic is also less dense, except for the main arteries of the district. In short, if you are looking to rent a flat in Barcelona in a quiet and joyful place, with large green spaces and in which you forget you are living in a big city, the district of Horta-Guinardó is a perfect place.

If you are looking to live in an area that is not excessively expensive, quiet, well-connected and with enough basic services, renting an apartment in the district of Guinardó or renting a house in the district of Baix Guinardó, is an excellent idea.

If, on the other hand, you like single-family houses or lower houses with a garden, we recommend renting a house in the district of Horta, or renting a property in the neighbourhood of La Font d'en Farges.

If you are looking for something quite cheap, try renting a flat in El Carmel, rent a house in the neighbourhood of La Teixonera or rent a property in the neighbourhood of Can Baró.

If you prefer to live next to one of the reference hospitals in Catalonia, you can rent a flat in the neighbourhood of Vall d'Hebrón-La Clota, but if you are looking to live at the edges of Collserola, still very well connected with the Ronda de Dalt and the exits to Barcelona, the option is to rent a property in the neighbourhood of Sant Genís del Agudells-Montbau.
