    The consumption of water, electricity and gas are included in the rent?

    Short-term rentals

    Yes, everything is included in the rent.

    Monthly rentals

    No, these consumptions are not included in the rent. An amount is then estimated based on the number of rooms in the apartment (one bedroom 75 €, 120 € two rooms, three rooms € 160, four bedrooms 220 €). This amount will be debited each month from your bank account along with the monthly rent, from the second month of the lease.

    NOTE: At the beginning and end of the lease, we will get the readings for water, electricity and gas to make the regularization of the real consumption in relation to the estimated consumption. If this adjustment is positive (you have spent less than what was estimated in advance), we will refund the difference with the deposit. If the result is negative you spent more than the estimated consumption), we charge the difference to the bond.

    Yearly rentals

    Utilities are not included in the monthly rent and are chargeable to the tenant.  The agency takes care of changing the holder of the contracts with the local suppliers.

    How to pay costs related to the consumption of water, electricity and gas?

    Monthly rentals
