Where to find yoga classes in English in Barcelona
YogaLinda
YogaLinda in Poblenou offers hot yoga classes in English, as well as yoga for pregnant women and various workshops.
Classes are, as the name suggests, practiced in a hot environment, which requires a certain level of fitness. Bring plenty of water and avoid eating for two hours before your class.

Nina Yoga
Nina Yoga holds various classes at different locations, some of which take place in the park during the summer.
Some of her classes are taught in Spanish and some in English, but she often speaks both languages during her classes, which can be a pleasant way to pick up some Spanish vocabulary along the way.
During the rest of the year, her classes are usually taught at her studio, in a beautiful modernist building in the Eixample area and they often end with a bit of chatting over some tea and biscuits.
Nina offers yoga classes for various levels and she often organizes workshops.

Ujuyoga
Ujuyoga classes are taught by Lezanne, who wants to help her students reconnect with their bodies so that they can start breathing more freely and start enjoying their lives more.
Lezanne offers Vinyasa Flow Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, and Hatha Yoga classes, in English and in Spanish. You can either attend her classes as part of a group or book private classes which can be held at the comfort of your own home.
Ujuyoga also offers training for those who wish to become yoga teachers.

They have a great offer in terms of yoga classes, including Yin Yoga, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, and Hatha-Vinyasa. They also organize workshops and other events, in a gorgeous, wide and light-filled space located in the Poble-Sec neighborhood.

Yoga & Yoga Barcelona
Yoga & Yoga Barcelona is another wonderful place to take yoga classes in English in the city. They offer five different types of classes: Hatha Vinyasa Yoga, Yin Yoga, Yin & Yang Yoga, Pranayama, and Night Vinyasa.
You can read about each one of these styles on the website and choose which one appeals to you the most. They also offer a variety of workshops and teacher training.

YO/MU
There are a number of English yoga classes and groups available on Meetup with single sessions starting at as little as five euros.
One of the most interesting ones is called YO/MU, which offers affordable Vinyasa Yoga together with a live music session, which makes the experience completely different from that of a regular yoga class.
The classes are taught by Lucy, while the music is performed by Pepe Arias, who also composes it. All classes are taught in English and they happen every day of the week.

As you can see, there are plenty of options for those who want to take up or keep practicing yoga or pilates in Barcelona in English but have been shy about it because they do not speak the local languages.
