Luckily, in this article by ShBarcelona shows you many places throughout Barcelona where you can practice your asanas without making an assana of yourself, where all of the yoga instructions are in English.

YO/MU

There are a number of English yoga classes and groups available on Meetup with single sessions starting at as little as five euros.

One of the most interesting ones is called YO/MU, which offers affordable Vinyasa Yoga together with a live music session, which makes the experience completely different from that of a regular yoga class.
