Doing yoga in a foreign language can be quite challenging if you haven’t yet mastered the local lingo, or if you are new to the practice. You can either attend her classes as part of a group or book private classes which can be held at the comfort of your own home. One of the most interesting ones is called YO/MU, which offers affordable Vinyasa Yoga together with a live music session, which makes the experience completely different from that of a regular yoga class. If you are a woman in Barcelona and you need to relax and boost your inner strength, Well Woman Centre is the place to go. Founded in 2009 by acupuncturist Uby Muñoz, the center offers a very complete range of services, which include acupuncture, massage, natural fertility treatments, and osteopathy, and also classes like yoga and pilates.
