«Two steps booking»: pay one of the 2 months rent security deposit in advance (which will be deducted afterwards from the whole initial payment) to book the flat, and pay the remaining amount any time before moving in.

«Service Maintenance 24/7»: during your stay, you can use our 24/7 ShBarcelona maintenance service. They will be able to assist you and if is necessary will send a person to solve any problem that has occurred in the apartment. This service is free of charge. However, please note that if the problem is derived from misuse or accident attributable to the tenant, then the repair costs will be charged.
« Ready to move in»: all our apartments are furnished and equipped. All of them have a washing machine, bed linen and blankets; you just have to bring your personal belongings and your own towels. The apartment will be thoroughly cleaned before your arrival.
Outside of these hours, the keys will be delivered in the apartment directly and it has an extra cost.
· Weekdays from 6:00 p.m to 10:00 p.m, extra charge of 30€ and from 10:00 p.m to 9:00 a.m, extra charge of 50€.
· Holidays and weekends surcharge of 30€ all day until 10:00 p.m and 50€ after 10:00 p.m, until 9:00 a.m.
The acceptance of your request will be decided by the owner.
The owner of the booking is entitled to the full refund of the booking amount paid to ShBarcelona, if the contract is not finalized for reasons attributable to the property, without in any case, having the right to demand any additional compensation.
In addition, it is important to keep in mind that although the apartments have insurance that covers water damages, fire and civil liability, this insurance does not cover damages or possible theft of your personal belongings. « 24-hour Maintenance Service » during your stay, you can contact the ShBarcelona 24-hour maintenance service. They will assist you, and if necessary they will send a person to solve the problem occurred in the apartment. Please note that if the problem is the result of a misuse or accident attributable to the tenant, the repair costs will be billed.
ShBarcelona is in charge of the change of ownership by the local energy suppliers, the change of ownership of Aigües de Barcelona, for data protection and reasons beyond ShBarcelona's control, must be done by the tenant.
The final formalization of the lease will be subject to the final decision of the owner.
The holder of the reservation will be entitled to a full refund of the amount paid to ShBarcelona, when the lease is not formalized for reasons attributable to the property, without in any case be entitled to demand any additional compensation.
It is important to take into account that, although the apartments have home insurance coverage, this insurance does not cover damages to third parties or the possible theft of your belongings. You will need to take out a home liability insurance policy. You can contact us to contract your home insurance.
The keys will be handed over during office hours (Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm). Outside these hours or on public holidays, you will have to pay an additional €30 to the agent who will give you the keys.
Be careful, if you lose the keys to the flat, you will be charged an additional €50.
Possible additional charges:
- Check-in weekdays between 18:00 h-23:00 h = €30.
- During the weekend or holiday: €30.
- During the weekend or holiday: €30 (All day until 11:00 p.m.)
- Check-in between 23:00 h-1:00 h in the morning : €50
- Security box: Free of charge
Make an imprint and a pre-authorization, therefore, the amount will not be charged and this pre-authorization is valid for 7 days.
With this option you will be charged of an extra amount of 20€ to organize the deposit back upon departure. Please note that if you pay cash, the amount will be returned once it has handed over the keys and if the apartment conditions are satisfactory.
The number of persons who may use the apartment may not exceed the number of persons for which the apartment is supposed to be used, except for children under two years of age. Pets are allowed only when permission has been granted.
