Nice apartment for temporary rental in the Putxet i el Farró neighbourhood, in one of the most luxurious areas of Barcelona, which is none other than Sarrià-Sant Gervasi . The property is located near the Casa Vicens Gaudí , one of the many works of the modernist artist.
The studio has 30 square meters, very well used and fully furnished. The house has a main room where we find the double bed , the sofa with its television and a table with its chairs. The other two rooms are the modern independent kitchen and its modern bathroom with shower . The apartment also has heating, internet and a washing machine.
The closest stations are Lesseps and Pàdua , the latter of which also has a railway service .
Bonito apartamento de alquiler temporal en el barrio del Putxet i el Farró, en una de las zonas más lujosas de Barcelona que no es otra que la de Sarrià-Sant Gervasi. El inmueble se ubica cerca de la Casa Vicens Gaudí, una de las muchas obras del artista modernista.
El estudio dispone de 30 metros cuadrados, muy bien aprovechados y totalmente amueblados. La vivienda cuenta con una estancia principal donde encontramos la cama doble, el sofá con su televisor y una mesa con sus sillas. Las otras dos estancias son la moderna cocina independiente y su moderno baño con ducha. El piso también dispone calefacción, de internet y lavadora.
Las estaciones más cercanas son la de Lesseps y la de Pàdua, que esta última también dispone de servicio de ferrocarriles.

« Ready to move in»: all our apartments are furnished and equipped. All of them have a washing machine, bed linen and blankets; you just have to bring your personal belongings and your own towels. The apartment will be thoroughly cleaned before your arrival.
Outside of these hours, the keys will be delivered in the apartment directly and it has an extra cost.
· Weekdays from 6:00 p.m to 10:00 p.m, extra charge of 30€ and from 10:00 p.m to 9:00 a.m, extra charge of 50€.
· Holidays and weekends surcharge of 30€ all day until 10:00 p.m and 50€ after 10:00 p.m, until 9:00 a.m.
The acceptance of your request will be decided by the owner.
The owner of the booking is entitled to the full refund of the booking amount paid to ShBarcelona, if the contract is not finalized for reasons attributable to the property, without in any case, having the right to demand any additional compensation.
In addition, it is important to keep in mind that although the apartments have insurance that covers water damages, fire and civil liability, this insurance does not cover damages or possible theft of your personal belongings. The keys will be handed over during office hours (Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm). Outside these hours or on public holidays, you will have to pay an additional €30 to the agent who will give you the keys.
Be careful, if you lose the keys to the flat, you will be charged an additional €50.
Possible additional charges:
- Check-in weekdays between 18:00 h-23:00 h = €30.
- During the weekend or holiday: €30.
- During the weekend or holiday: €30 (All day until 11:00 p.m.)
- Check-in between 23:00 h-1:00 h in the morning : €50
- Security box: Free of charge
Make an imprint and a pre-authorization, therefore, the amount will not be charged and this pre-authorization is valid for 7 days.
With this option you will be charged of an extra amount of 20€ to organize the deposit back upon departure. Please note that if you pay cash, the amount will be returned once it has handed over the keys and if the apartment conditions are satisfactory.
The number of persons who may use the apartment may not exceed the number of persons for which the apartment is supposed to be used, except for children under two years of age. Pets are allowed only when permission has been granted.
