As we said, the neighborhood of El Poblenou is today one of the most requested by the young population, because after the 1992 Olympic Games, the entire district left industry behind to become a technological hub. Thanks to the area known as 22@, it now attracts a large number of start-up entrepreneurs and executives. Without forgetting the great variety of gastronomic offer in the area.
In the surroundings of this rental apartment it is possible to find supermarkets, a small shopping center and a variety of restaurants . In addition, it is close to the Parque de la Nueva Icaria, and the beach is a 3-minute walk away. Without a doubt, a privileged place to enjoy Barcelona .
To get to the flat and move around the city, the closest metro stop is Llacuna (L4) and Bogatell (L4) .

They will be able to assist you and if is necessary will send a person to solve any problem that has occurred in the apartment. This service is free of charge. However, please note that if the problem is derived from misuse or accident attributable to the tenant, then the repair costs will be charged.
« Ready to move in»: all our apartments are furnished and equipped. All of them have a washing machine, bed linen and blankets; you just have to bring your personal belongings and your own towels. The apartment will be thoroughly cleaned before your arrival.
Outside of these hours, the keys will be delivered in the apartment directly and it has an extra cost.
· Weekdays from 6:00 p.m to 10:00 p.m, extra charge of 30€ and from 10:00 p.m to 9:00 a.m, extra charge of 50€.
· Holidays and weekends surcharge of 30€ all day until 10:00 p.m and 50€ after 10:00 p.m, until 9:00 a.m.

The owner of the booking is entitled to the full refund of the booking amount paid to ShBarcelona, if the contract is not finalized for reasons attributable to the property, without in any case, having the right to demand any additional compensation.
In addition, it is important to keep in mind that although the apartments have insurance that covers water damages, fire and civil liability, this insurance does not cover damages or possible theft of your personal belongings. It is important to take into account that, although the apartments have home insurance coverage, this insurance does not cover damages to third parties or the possible theft of your belongings. You will need to take out a home liability insurance policy. You can contact us to contract your home insurance.
The keys will be handed over during office hours (Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm). Outside these hours or on public holidays, you will have to pay an additional €30 to the agent who will give you the keys.
Be careful, if you lose the keys to the flat, you will be charged an additional €50.

- Check-in weekdays between 18:00 h-23:00 h = €30.
- During the weekend or holiday: €30.
- During the weekend or holiday: €30 (All day until 11:00 p.m.)

Make an imprint and a pre-authorization, therefore, the amount will not be charged and this pre-authorization is valid for 7 days.

The number of persons who may use the apartment may not exceed the number of persons for which the apartment is supposed to be used, except for children under two years of age. Pets are allowed only when permission has been granted.
