Sunny seasonal rental apartment in the Sagrada Familia neighborhood, within the Eixample and near the center of Barcelona. This area is characterized by having a large number of bars and restaurants, in addition to having two emblems of the city nearby, such as the Sagrada Familia and the Sant Pau Campus.
The house has 119 square meters , very well distributed among all the rooms that make up the house. It has a cozy living-dining room with lots of natural light and a comfortable sofa, ideal for relaxing while watching a movie or series. The best thing about the property is its spectacular terrace, with wonderful views of the Sagrada Familia, where you can have lunch or dinner with friends with the basilica in the background. The property has a fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob , a full bathroom, and three bedrooms , one double room and two single rooms. In addition, the apartment is equipped with a heating system, fiber optics, washing machine and 2 air conditioning splits, one in the dining room and the other in the main room.
As it could not be otherwise, the closest metro stop is Sagrada Familia (L2 and L5) , although it has multiple bus stops and a bike path right next door.

La vivienda dispone de 119 metros cuadrados, muy bien distribuidos entres todas las estancias que componen la casa. Tiene un acogedor salón-comedor con mucha luz natural y con un cómodo sofá, ideal para descansar viendo una película o serie. Lo mejor del inmueble, es su espectacular terraza, con unas maravillosas vistas a la Sagrada Familia, en la que podrás comer o cenar con amigos con la basílica de fondo. El inmueble cuenta con una cocina tipo office de vitrocerámica totalmente equipada, un baño completo, y tres habitaciones, una habitación doble y dos habitaciones individuales. Además, el piso está dotado de sistema de calefacción, fibra óptica, lavadora y 2 splits de aire acondicionado, uno en el comedor y otro en la habitación principal.
Como no podía ser de otra manera, la parada de metro más cercana es la de Sagrada Familia (L2 y L5), aunque tiene múltiples paradas de bus y un carril bici, justo al lado.

«Two steps booking»: pay one of the 2 months rent security deposit in advance (which will be deducted afterwards from the whole initial payment) to book the flat, and pay the remaining amount any time before moving in.

«Service Maintenance 24/7»: during your stay, you can use our 24/7 ShBarcelona maintenance service. They will be able to assist you and if is necessary will send a person to solve any problem that has occurred in the apartment. This service is free of charge. However, please note that if the problem is derived from misuse or accident attributable to the tenant, then the repair costs will be charged.
« Ready to move in»: all our apartments are furnished and equipped. All of them have a washing machine, bed linen and blankets; you just have to bring your personal belongings and your own towels. The apartment will be thoroughly cleaned before your arrival.
Outside of these hours, the keys will be delivered in the apartment directly and it has an extra cost.
· Weekdays from 6:00 p.m to 10:00 p.m, extra charge of 30€ and from 10:00 p.m to 9:00 a.m, extra charge of 50€.
· Holidays and weekends surcharge of 30€ all day until 10:00 p.m and 50€ after 10:00 p.m, until 9:00 a.m.
The acceptance of your request will be decided by the owner.
The owner of the booking is entitled to the full refund of the booking amount paid to ShBarcelona, if the contract is not finalized for reasons attributable to the property, without in any case, having the right to demand any additional compensation.
In addition, it is important to keep in mind that although the apartments have insurance that covers water damages, fire and civil liability, this insurance does not cover damages or possible theft of your personal belongings. ShBarcelona is in charge of the change of ownership by the local energy suppliers, the change of ownership of Aigües de Barcelona, for data protection and reasons beyond ShBarcelona's control, must be done by the tenant.
The final formalization of the lease will be subject to the final decision of the owner.
The holder of the reservation will be entitled to a full refund of the amount paid to ShBarcelona, when the lease is not formalized for reasons attributable to the property, without in any case be entitled to demand any additional compensation.
It is important to take into account that, although the apartments have home insurance coverage, this insurance does not cover damages to third parties or the possible theft of your belongings. You will need to take out a home liability insurance policy. You can contact us to contract your home insurance.
The keys will be handed over during office hours (Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm). Outside these hours or on public holidays, you will have to pay an additional €30 to the agent who will give you the keys.
Be careful, if you lose the keys to the flat, you will be charged an additional €50.
Possible additional charges:
- Check-in weekdays between 18:00 h-23:00 h = €30.
- During the weekend or holiday: €30.
- During the weekend or holiday: €30 (All day until 11:00 p.m.)
- Check-in between 23:00 h-1:00 h in the morning : €50
- Security box: Free of charge
Make an imprint and a pre-authorization, therefore, the amount will not be charged and this pre-authorization is valid for 7 days.
With this option you will be charged of an extra amount of 20€ to organize the deposit back upon departure. Please note that if you pay cash, the amount will be returned once it has handed over the keys and if the apartment conditions are satisfactory.
The number of persons who may use the apartment may not exceed the number of persons for which the apartment is supposed to be used, except for children under two years of age. Pets are allowed only when permission has been granted.
