Además, la gran amplitud de la cocina con 2 mesas plegables para poder desayunar rápido. Tampoco nos podemos olvidar de los 2 lavabos completos para la buena organización de todos los inquilinos.
Importante: el interfono no funciona, hay que bajar al portal cada vez que llamen.
Y, por último, el balcón hacia el interior de la manzana, un remanso de paz para comer ya que tiene espacio para 4 personas.

¡Por supuesto! No hemos comentado que el apartamento está totalmente amueblado y equipado como se suele decir: “para entrar a vivir”. Incluso cuenta con Internet WiFi, algo de vital importancia para cualquier trabajador o estudiante que viva unos meses en el apartamento.

« Ready to move in»: all our apartments are furnished and equipped. All of them have a washing machine, bed linen and blankets; you just have to bring your personal belongings and your own towels. The apartment will be thoroughly cleaned before your arrival.
Outside of these hours, the keys will be delivered in the apartment directly and it has an extra cost.
· Weekdays from 6:00 p.m to 10:00 p.m, extra charge of 30€ and from 10:00 p.m to 9:00 a.m, extra charge of 50€.

The keys will be handed over during office hours (Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm). Outside these hours or on public holidays, you will have to pay an additional €30 to the agent who will give you the keys.
