To move around the whole of Barcelona in a comfortable way, you have the Hospital Clínic metro stop (L5) , a couple of minutes from the farm.
Very cute apartment
This loft is decorated with great care. The main room includes the living room and the American kitchen in a relaxed and cozy room.
You can relax on the comfortable sofa while sipping a glass of wine, or if you prefer you have at your disposal the kitchen bar with two very elegant stools.
The table is arranged for two people and has beautiful aquamarine velvet chairs . The fully equipped kitchen is located right next door. This space is very inspiring to create sublime recipes.
The main bedroom has a very large double bed , and a corner wardrobe with plenty of storage space .
The completely renovated bathroom has two rooms: in the first you will find the toilet next to the washing machine, and in the second, a large mirror over a stone sink and a comfortable shower tray.

Apartamento muy coqueto
Este loft está decorado con mucho mimo. La estancia principal comprende el salón y la cocina americana en una estancia relajada y acogedora.
Podrá relajarse en el cómodo sofá mientras se toma una copa de vino, o si lo prefiere tiene a su disposición la barra de la cocina con dos taburetes muy elegantes.
La mesa está dispuesta para dos comensales y cuenta con unas hermosas sillas de terciopelo aguamarina. La cocina completamente dotada de utensilios se sitúa justo al lado. Este espacio es muy inspirador para crear recetas sublimes.
La habitación principal cuenta con una cama doble muy grande, y un armario esquinero dotado con mucho espacio de almacenamiento.
El baño completo totalmente reformado tiene dos ambientes: en el primero encontrará el aseo junto a la lavadora, y en el segundo, un gran espejo sobre un lavabo de piedra y un cómodo plato de ducha.

They will be able to assist you and if is necessary will send a person to solve any problem that has occurred in the apartment. This service is free of charge. However, please note that if the problem is derived from misuse or accident attributable to the tenant, then the repair costs will be charged.
« Ready to move in»: all our apartments are furnished and equipped. All of them have a washing machine, bed linen and blankets; you just have to bring your personal belongings and your own towels. The apartment will be thoroughly cleaned before your arrival.
Outside of these hours, the keys will be delivered in the apartment directly and it has an extra cost.
· Weekdays from 6:00 p.m to 10:00 p.m, extra charge of 30€ and from 10:00 p.m to 9:00 a.m, extra charge of 50€.
· Holidays and weekends surcharge of 30€ all day until 10:00 p.m and 50€ after 10:00 p.m, until 9:00 a.m.
The acceptance of your request will be decided by the owner.
The owner of the booking is entitled to the full refund of the booking amount paid to ShBarcelona, if the contract is not finalized for reasons attributable to the property, without in any case, having the right to demand any additional compensation.
In addition, it is important to keep in mind that although the apartments have insurance that covers water damages, fire and civil liability, this insurance does not cover damages or possible theft of your personal belongings. ShBarcelona is in charge of the change of ownership by the local energy suppliers, the change of ownership of Aigües de Barcelona, for data protection and reasons beyond ShBarcelona's control, must be done by the tenant.

The holder of the reservation will be entitled to a full refund of the amount paid to ShBarcelona, when the lease is not formalized for reasons attributable to the property, without in any case be entitled to demand any additional compensation.
It is important to take into account that, although the apartments have home insurance coverage, this insurance does not cover damages to third parties or the possible theft of your belongings. You will need to take out a home liability insurance policy. You can contact us to contract your home insurance.
The keys will be handed over during office hours (Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm). Outside these hours or on public holidays, you will have to pay an additional €30 to the agent who will give you the keys.
Be careful, if you lose the keys to the flat, you will be charged an additional €50.
Possible additional charges:
- Check-in weekdays between 18:00 h-23:00 h = €30.
- During the weekend or holiday: €30.
- During the weekend or holiday: €30 (All day until 11:00 p.m.)

Make an imprint and a pre-authorization, therefore, the amount will not be charged and this pre-authorization is valid for 7 days.
With this option you will be charged of an extra amount of 20€ to organize the deposit back upon departure. Please note that if you pay cash, the amount will be returned once it has handed over the keys and if the apartment conditions are satisfactory.
The number of persons who may use the apartment may not exceed the number of persons for which the apartment is supposed to be used, except for children under two years of age. Pets are allowed only when permission has been granted.
