Where is it located?
The apartment is located on Calle Castillejos , in the Sagrada Família neighborhood , within the district with the most residents in the entire city: L'Eixample .
You can walk to places of great tourist interest such as the Sagrada Família temple, the old La Monumental bullring or the well-known Avinguda Diagonal . To get to any point in Barcelona, there is the closest metro stop: Encants (L2) .
Being a residential area, it has all kinds of essential services around the building : supermarket, local shops, restaurants of all kinds and countless bars with terraces where you can enjoy the warm atmosphere of Barcelona.

The apartment is very well distributed so that each room has its most personal charm.
The living-dining room space has plenty of natural light , and two wide sofas where you can sit and watch your favorite program in a comfortable way. In addition, you can invite your friends to eat at the table with space for 6 people .
The house has a total of 4 bedrooms : all of them have a single bed and plenty of space to store your personal belongings. In turn, they have study tables , ideal to have a work area at home.

«Two steps booking»: pay one of the 2 months rent security deposit in advance (which will be deducted afterwards from the whole initial payment) to book the flat, and pay the remaining amount any time before moving in.

« Ready to move in»: all our apartments are furnished and equipped. All of them have a washing machine, bed linen and blankets; you just have to bring your personal belongings and your own towels. The apartment will be thoroughly cleaned before your arrival.
Outside of these hours, the keys will be delivered in the apartment directly and it has an extra cost.
· Weekdays from 6:00 p.m to 10:00 p.m, extra charge of 30€ and from 10:00 p.m to 9:00 a.m, extra charge of 50€.
· Holidays and weekends surcharge of 30€ all day until 10:00 p.m and 50€ after 10:00 p.m, until 9:00 a.m.
The acceptance of your request will be decided by the owner.
The owner of the booking is entitled to the full refund of the booking amount paid to ShBarcelona, if the contract is not finalized for reasons attributable to the property, without in any case, having the right to demand any additional compensation.
In addition, it is important to keep in mind that although the apartments have insurance that covers water damages, fire and civil liability, this insurance does not cover damages or possible theft of your personal belongings. The keys will be handed over during office hours (Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm). Outside these hours or on public holidays, you will have to pay an additional €30 to the agent who will give you the keys.
Be careful, if you lose the keys to the flat, you will be charged an additional €50.
Possible additional charges:
- Check-in weekdays between 18:00 h-23:00 h = €30.
- During the weekend or holiday: €30.
- During the weekend or holiday: €30 (All day until 11:00 p.m.)
- Check-in between 23:00 h-1:00 h in the morning : €50
- Security box: Free of charge
Make an imprint and a pre-authorization, therefore, the amount will not be charged and this pre-authorization is valid for 7 days.
With this option you will be charged of an extra amount of 20€ to organize the deposit back upon departure. Please note that if you pay cash, the amount will be returned once it has handed over the keys and if the apartment conditions are satisfactory.
The number of persons who may use the apartment may not exceed the number of persons for which the apartment is supposed to be used, except for children under two years of age. Pets are allowed only when permission has been granted.
