This rental apartment is very close to the famous Sagrada Familia . It is located in l' Eixample Dreta , a central neighborhood full of shops, services and interesting restaurants .
Specifically, the apartment is located on Avinguda Diagonal , one of the main thoroughfares of the city, which crosses it from end to end and through which it is possible to take countless bus lines to get around without any problem. It is also possible to do it by metro, as the closest stops are Verdaguer (L5) and Monumental (L2)
Fully equipped and renovated apartment
As for the state of the apartment, it is rented with all the furniture and equipment necessary to live in it. If we talk about the rooms, first of all it has an independent kitchen, although it is open to the living room. The kitchen includes: fridge with freezer, oven, dishwasher, kitchen utensils, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, juicer and electric kettle. It also has a bar with two high stools where you can have breakfast or eat something easily.
Continuing with the distribution, we find the dining room, decorated with Nordic-style wooden furniture . The room transmits a total sensation of warmth and well-being. It has a sofa and television, as well as a table for four people.

Piso de alquiler en Sagrada Familia
Este piso de alquiler se encuentra muy cerca de la famosa Sagrada Familia. Se ubica en l’Eixample Dreta, un barrio céntrico y repleto de comercios, servicios y restaurantes interesantes.
Concretamente, el piso se encuentra en la avenida Diagonal, uno de los ejes principales de la ciudad, que la atraviesa de punta a punta y por la que es posible coger infinidad de líneas de autobús para moverse sin problema. También es posible hacerlo en metro, pues las paradas más cercanas son Verdaguer (L5) y Monumental (L2)
Piso totalmente equipado y reformado
En cuanto al estado del piso, se alquila con todos los muebles y el equipamiento necesario para vivir en él. Si hablamos de las estancias, en primer lugar dispone de una cocina independiente, aunque abierta al salón. La cocina incluye: nevera con congelador, horno, lavavajillas, utensilios de cocina, microondas, cafetera, tostadora, exprimidor y hervidor eléctrico. También dispone de una barra con dos taburetes altos en los que poder desayunar o comer algo de forma sencilla.
Siguiendo con la distribución, encontramos el salón comedor, decorado con muebles de madera de estilo nórdico. La estancia transmite una total sensación de calidez y bienestar. Cuenta con sofá y televisión, así como una mesa para cuatro comensales.
Los dormitorios son dos: uno con cama doble y otro individual. Las dos habitaciones tienen amplios armarios para poder almacenar sus pertenencias.
La habitación doble además también dispone de un bonito tocador y televisión. Por otra parte, la individual es más sencilla, aunque incluye una cómoda cama y un amplio armario.
Por último, el baño principal está reformado y hecho con mucho gusto. Dispone de una amplia ducha con un teléfono efecto lluvia, una pica con espacio de almacenamiento suficiente. Además, las paredes se han dejado de obra vista, lo que le da un toque totalmente moderno e industrial.

« Ready to move in»: all our apartments are furnished and equipped. All of them have a washing machine, bed linen and blankets; you just have to bring your personal belongings and your own towels. The apartment will be thoroughly cleaned before your arrival.
Outside of these hours, the keys will be delivered in the apartment directly and it has an extra cost.
· Weekdays from 6:00 p.m to 10:00 p.m, extra charge of 30€ and from 10:00 p.m to 9:00 a.m, extra charge of 50€.

The keys will be handed over during office hours (Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm). Outside these hours or on public holidays, you will have to pay an additional €30 to the agent who will give you the keys.
Be careful, if you lose the keys to the flat, you will be charged an additional €50.

- Check-in weekdays between 18:00 h-23:00 h = €30.
- During the weekend or holiday: €30.

Make an imprint and a pre-authorization, therefore, the amount will not be charged and this pre-authorization is valid for 7 days.

The number of persons who may use the apartment may not exceed the number of persons for which the apartment is supposed to be used, except for children under two years of age. Pets are allowed only when permission has been granted.
