Pleasant apartment for temporary rental in the heart of L'Eixample , specifically in the neighborhood of l'Antiga Esquerra de l'Eixample. Undoubtedly, an excellent location to move around the city and place yourself on the map of Barcelona, as it is located next to the Hospital Clínic and the Mercat del Ninot .
This apartment is rented fully furnished and equipped, ready to move into. It has an area of 75 m² distributed in two double bedrooms, two bathrooms and the living-dining room connected to an independent kitchen. Both bedrooms include fitted wardrobes and bedding. In the case of sharing a flat, it is perfect for each person to have their own space to store everything. The living-dining room has a lot of natural light , which makes it a very cozy room that encourages you to spend the day reading and resting in it. As for the bathrooms , one of them is equipped with a shower tray, while the other has a bidet and a bathtub.
The nearest metro station is Urgell (L1), although around the estate you will find numerous bus lines that will take you almost anywhere.

Este piso se alquila totalmente amueblado y equipado, listo para entrar a vivir. Tiene una superficie de 75 m² distribuidos en dos dormitorios dobles, dos baños y el salón-comedor conectado con una cocina independiente. Ambos dormitorios incluyen armarios empotrados y ropa de cama. En el caso de compartir piso, es perfecto para que cada persona tenga su propio espacio para almacenarlo todo. El salón-comedor dispone de mucha luz natural, por lo que lo convierte en una estancia muy acogedora y que incita a pasar el día leyendo y descansando en él. En cuánto a los baños, uno de ellos está equipado con plato de ducha, mientras que el otro dispone de bidé y bañera.
La estación de metro más cercana es Urgell (L1), aunque alrededor de la finca encontrará numerosas líneas de autobús que le trasladarán a casi cualquier parte.

«Service Maintenance 24/7»: during your stay, you can use our 24/7 ShBarcelona maintenance service. They will be able to assist you and if is necessary will send a person to solve any problem that has occurred in the apartment. This service is free of charge. However, please note that if the problem is derived from misuse or accident attributable to the tenant, then the repair costs will be charged.
« Ready to move in»: all our apartments are furnished and equipped. All of them have a washing machine, bed linen and blankets; you just have to bring your personal belongings and your own towels. The apartment will be thoroughly cleaned before your arrival.
Outside of these hours, the keys will be delivered in the apartment directly and it has an extra cost.
· Weekdays from 6:00 p.m to 10:00 p.m, extra charge of 30€ and from 10:00 p.m to 9:00 a.m, extra charge of 50€.
· Holidays and weekends surcharge of 30€ all day until 10:00 p.m and 50€ after 10:00 p.m, until 9:00 a.m.
The acceptance of your request will be decided by the owner.
The owner of the booking is entitled to the full refund of the booking amount paid to ShBarcelona, if the contract is not finalized for reasons attributable to the property, without in any case, having the right to demand any additional compensation.
In addition, it is important to keep in mind that although the apartments have insurance that covers water damages, fire and civil liability, this insurance does not cover damages or possible theft of your personal belongings. ShBarcelona is in charge of the change of ownership by the local energy suppliers, the change of ownership of Aigües de Barcelona, for data protection and reasons beyond ShBarcelona's control, must be done by the tenant.
The final formalization of the lease will be subject to the final decision of the owner.
The holder of the reservation will be entitled to a full refund of the amount paid to ShBarcelona, when the lease is not formalized for reasons attributable to the property, without in any case be entitled to demand any additional compensation.
It is important to take into account that, although the apartments have home insurance coverage, this insurance does not cover damages to third parties or the possible theft of your belongings. You will need to take out a home liability insurance policy. You can contact us to contract your home insurance.
The keys will be handed over during office hours (Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm). Outside these hours or on public holidays, you will have to pay an additional €30 to the agent who will give you the keys.
Be careful, if you lose the keys to the flat, you will be charged an additional €50.
Possible additional charges:
- Check-in weekdays between 18:00 h-23:00 h = €30.
- During the weekend or holiday: €30.
- During the weekend or holiday: €30 (All day until 11:00 p.m.)
- Check-in between 23:00 h-1:00 h in the morning : €50
- Security box: Free of charge
Make an imprint and a pre-authorization, therefore, the amount will not be charged and this pre-authorization is valid for 7 days.
With this option you will be charged of an extra amount of 20€ to organize the deposit back upon departure. Please note that if you pay cash, the amount will be returned once it has handed over the keys and if the apartment conditions are satisfactory.
The number of persons who may use the apartment may not exceed the number of persons for which the apartment is supposed to be used, except for children under two years of age. Pets are allowed only when permission has been granted.
