Ubicación del piso
Como hemos dicho, se ubica en el barrio de Gràcia, a pocas calles de la famosa Plaça de la Vila de Gràcia, un lugar fantástico en el que tomar algo con amigos/as.
El barrio es bullicioso y está lleno de vida, pues es uno de los que reúne más bares y restaurantes de moda, así como pequeños comercios locales y establecimientos de todo tipo. Es famoso por sus fiestas mayores, que durante una semana decoran las calles con bonitos motivos.
Vivir en el barrio de Gràcia es hoy en día todo un privilegio, pues además de disponer de todo tipo de establecimientos esenciales cerca (supermercados, farmacias, etc.), también está bien comunicado con el transporte público. La parada de metro más cercana es Fontana (L3), además de disponer varias paradas de autobús que conectan con diferentes líneas que recorren toda la ciudad.
Apartamento de estilo industrial

« Ready to move in»: all our apartments are furnished and equipped. All of them have a washing machine, bed linen and blankets; you just have to bring your personal belongings and your own towels. The apartment will be thoroughly cleaned before your arrival.
Outside of these hours, the keys will be delivered in the apartment directly and it has an extra cost.
· Weekdays from 6:00 p.m to 10:00 p.m, extra charge of 30€ and from 10:00 p.m to 9:00 a.m, extra charge of 50€.

The keys will be handed over during office hours (Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm). Outside these hours or on public holidays, you will have to pay an additional €30 to the agent who will give you the keys.
Be careful, if you lose the keys to the flat, you will be charged an additional €50.
