¿Dónde se encuentra?
Se sitúa en el barrio de Gràcia, a pocos metros del Parque de la Creueta del Coll. A grandes rasgos, el barrio de Gracia se reconoce a simple vista por sus calles pequeñas y la vida que emana de sus plazas. Lo más normal es encontrar siempre a alguien tomando algo en una terraza, pues se ha convertido en el punto de encuentro y de ocio de los barceloneses y barcelonesas.
Cerca del piso es posible encontrar supermercados, farmacias, bares y restaurantes. Es una de las zonas donde hay más oferta gastronómica.
Además, está muy bien comunicada con el resto de la ciudad, teniendo la parada de metro más cercana es Vallcarca (L3).

However, please note that if the problem is derived from misuse or accident attributable to the tenant, then the repair costs will be charged.
« Ready to move in»: all our apartments are furnished and equipped. All of them have a washing machine, bed linen and blankets; you just have to bring your personal belongings and your own towels. The apartment will be thoroughly cleaned before your arrival.
Outside of these hours, the keys will be delivered in the apartment directly and it has an extra cost.
· Weekdays from 6:00 p.m to 10:00 p.m, extra charge of 30€ and from 10:00 p.m to 9:00 a.m, extra charge of 50€.
· Holidays and weekends surcharge of 30€ all day until 10:00 p.m and 50€ after 10:00 p.m, until 9:00 a.m.
The acceptance of your request will be decided by the owner.
The owner of the booking is entitled to the full refund of the booking amount paid to ShBarcelona, if the contract is not finalized for reasons attributable to the property, without in any case, having the right to demand any additional compensation.
