¿Cómo es el apartamento?
Empecemos a hablar de la distribución de este piso de alquiler. Nada más entrar, encontramos un pequeño recibidor que nos conecta directamente con el salón - comedor que queda abierto a la cocina americana. Está totalmente equipada con: nevera, congelador, horno, lavavajillas, microondas, cafetera, lavadora y utensilios varios. Por otro lado, el salón dispone de un cómodo sofá con sillón frente a la una TV de plasma y una mesa redonda con 4 sillas para poder comer. Como ves, un espacio muy práctico.
Seguimos por las habitaciones. Hay dos dormitorios dobles, ambos con armarios espaciosos para poder guardar sus pertenencias. Además, una de estas habitaciones incluye el baño en su interior. El otro baño, está ubicado en el pasillo principal. Los dos cuentan con plato de ducha.
La otra habitación se ha destinado a estudio y está provista de escritorio con silla de estudio. Un espacio genial para concentrarse.

« Ready to move in»: all our apartments are furnished and equipped. All of them have a washing machine, bed linen and blankets; you just have to bring your personal belongings and your own towels. The apartment will be thoroughly cleaned before your arrival.
Outside of these hours, the keys will be delivered in the apartment directly and it has an extra cost.
· Weekdays from 6:00 p.m to 10:00 p.m, extra charge of 30€ and from 10:00 p.m to 9:00 a.m, extra charge of 50€.
· Holidays and weekends surcharge of 30€ all day until 10:00 p.m and 50€ after 10:00 p.m, until 9:00 a.m.

The keys will be handed over during office hours (Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm). Outside these hours or on public holidays, you will have to pay an additional €30 to the agent who will give you the keys.
