Where is the flat located?
The apartment is located two blocks from Lluís Companys avenue, the promenade that begins with the famous Arc de Triomf and ends in the Ciutadella park. It is a quiet area that preserves classic aspects of deep Barcelona.
Near the apartment it is possible to find a great variety of restaurants and places to have a drink. It is also close to some basic services such as: supermarkets, laundries, pharmacies, etc.
It is very well connected with public transport. The closest stop to the metro is Arc de Triomf (L1) and the suburban trains (Renfe) arrive at this same stop.
How is the apartment?
This apartment is ideal for one or two people looking for a practical and well-located accommodation in the city. Upon entering the apartment, we find a large room with the living-dining room and the office-style kitchen. Luckily, the natural lighting is very well used thanks to a large window.
The kitchen is completely equipped. It has: fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher, kitchen utensils, toaster and ceramic hob. The apartment also includes a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
Separated by a practical sliding door we find the bedroom, which has a double bed, a desk in front of the window and a large closet where you can store your belongings.
The bathroom is new and has a shower tray. Upon entering the apartment you will find courtesy toilet paper.

Cerca del piso es posible encontrar gran variedad de restaurantes y lugares para tomar algo. También está cerca de algunos servicios básicos como: supermercados, lavanderías, farmacias, etc.
Está muy bien comunicado con el transporte público. La parada más cerca del metro es Arc de Triomf (L1) y en esta misma parada llegan los trenes de cercanías (Renfe).
¿Cómo es el apartamento?
Este piso es ideal para una o dos personas que busquen un alojamiento práctico y bien ubicado en la ciudad. Al entrar al piso encontramos una gran sala con el salón-comedor y la cocina tipo office. Por suerte, la iluminación natural está muy bien aprovechada gracias a un amplio ventanal.
La cocina está totalmente equipada. Cuenta con: nevera, congelador, horno, lavavajillas, utensilios de cocina, tostadora y vitrocerámica. El apartamento también incluye lavadora, plancha y tabla de planchar.
Separado por una práctica puerta corredera encontramos el dormitorio, que dispone de una cama doble, un escritorio frente a la ventana y un gran armario donde poder guardar sus pertenencias.
El baño es nuevo y cuenta con un plato de ducha. Al entrar al piso encontrará papel higiénico de cortesía.

They will be able to assist you and if is necessary will send a person to solve any problem that has occurred in the apartment. This service is free of charge. However, please note that if the problem is derived from misuse or accident attributable to the tenant, then the repair costs will be charged.
« Ready to move in»: all our apartments are furnished and equipped. All of them have a washing machine, bed linen and blankets; you just have to bring your personal belongings and your own towels. The apartment will be thoroughly cleaned before your arrival.
Outside of these hours, the keys will be delivered in the apartment directly and it has an extra cost.
· Weekdays from 6:00 p.m to 10:00 p.m, extra charge of 30€ and from 10:00 p.m to 9:00 a.m, extra charge of 50€.
· Holidays and weekends surcharge of 30€ all day until 10:00 p.m and 50€ after 10:00 p.m, until 9:00 a.m.
The acceptance of your request will be decided by the owner.
The owner of the booking is entitled to the full refund of the booking amount paid to ShBarcelona, if the contract is not finalized for reasons attributable to the property, without in any case, having the right to demand any additional compensation.

The keys will be handed over during office hours (Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm). Outside these hours or on public holidays, you will have to pay an additional €30 to the agent who will give you the keys.
Be careful, if you lose the keys to the flat, you will be charged an additional €50.

- During the weekend or holiday: €30.

Make an imprint and a pre-authorization, therefore, the amount will not be charged and this pre-authorization is valid for 7 days.

The number of persons who may use the apartment may not exceed the number of persons for which the apartment is supposed to be used, except for children under two years of age. Pets are allowed only when permission has been granted.
