Cozy apartment in one of the most historic districts of the city , Ciutat Vella. With everything you need to move in, fully equipped and furnished . It is very close to the famous Sant Antoni market, one of the most important and recognized in the city.
This house has an area of 45 square meters, perfectly distributed. The first room that we can see in the images is none other than its attractive living-dining room with a comfortable sofa and table. Right next to it, we find the office-type kitchen with all the necessary appliances and utensils. The apartment has a double room and a single room with a desk, but both have their own closets to store clothes. It also has a fairly spacious modern bathroom and a small balcony , ideal for having breakfast in the morning reading the newspaper.
The communication of the apartment is very good, since it has the Sant Antoni metro stop (L2) three minutes walk away, in addition to having different bus stops nearby .
Acogedor piso en uno de los distritos con más historia de la ciudad, Ciutat Vella. Con todo lo necesario para entrar a vivir, completamente equipado y amueblado. Se encuentra muy cerca del famoso mercat de Sant Antoni, uno de los más importantes y reconocidos de la ciudad.
Esta vivienda tiene una superficie de 45 metros cuadrados, perfectamente distribuidos. La primera estancia que podemos observar en las imágenes, no es otra que su vistoso salón-comedor con un cómodo sofá y su mesa. Justo al lado, encontramos la cocina de tipo office con todos los electrodomésticos y utensilios necesarios. El apartamento, cuenta con una habitación doble y otra individual con escritorio, pero las dos tienen sus propios armarios para guardar la ropa. También cuenta con un moderno baño bastante amplio y un pequeño balcón, ideal para desayunar por las mañanas leyendo el diario.
La comunicación del apartamento es muy buena, ya que tiene la parada de metro de Sant Antoni (L2) a tres minutos andando, además de tener diferentes paradas de bus cerca.

«Two steps booking»: pay one of the 2 months rent security deposit in advance (which will be deducted afterwards from the whole initial payment) to book the flat, and pay the remaining amount any time before moving in.

They will be able to assist you and if is necessary will send a person to solve any problem that has occurred in the apartment. This service is free of charge. However, please note that if the problem is derived from misuse or accident attributable to the tenant, then the repair costs will be charged.
« Ready to move in»: all our apartments are furnished and equipped. All of them have a washing machine, bed linen and blankets; you just have to bring your personal belongings and your own towels. The apartment will be thoroughly cleaned before your arrival.
Outside of these hours, the keys will be delivered in the apartment directly and it has an extra cost.
· Weekdays from 6:00 p.m to 10:00 p.m, extra charge of 30€ and from 10:00 p.m to 9:00 a.m, extra charge of 50€.
· Holidays and weekends surcharge of 30€ all day until 10:00 p.m and 50€ after 10:00 p.m, until 9:00 a.m.
The acceptance of your request will be decided by the owner.
The owner of the booking is entitled to the full refund of the booking amount paid to ShBarcelona, if the contract is not finalized for reasons attributable to the property, without in any case, having the right to demand any additional compensation.
In addition, it is important to keep in mind that although the apartments have insurance that covers water damages, fire and civil liability, this insurance does not cover damages or possible theft of your personal belongings. The keys will be handed over during office hours (Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm). Outside these hours or on public holidays, you will have to pay an additional €30 to the agent who will give you the keys.
Be careful, if you lose the keys to the flat, you will be charged an additional €50.
Possible additional charges:
- Check-in weekdays between 18:00 h-23:00 h = €30.
- During the weekend or holiday: €30.
- During the weekend or holiday: €30 (All day until 11:00 p.m.)
- Check-in between 23:00 h-1:00 h in the morning : €50
- Security box: Free of charge
Make an imprint and a pre-authorization, therefore, the amount will not be charged and this pre-authorization is valid for 7 days.
With this option you will be charged of an extra amount of 20€ to organize the deposit back upon departure. Please note that if you pay cash, the amount will be returned once it has handed over the keys and if the apartment conditions are satisfactory.
The number of persons who may use the apartment may not exceed the number of persons for which the apartment is supposed to be used, except for children under two years of age. Pets are allowed only when permission has been granted.
