Where is it located?
This beautiful apartment is located on Joaquín Costa street, in the El Raval neighborhood. Right next to the building we find MACBA, with a square with an alternative atmosphere where skateboarding is practiced.
In this neighborhood there is a multicultural atmosphere that gives its small streets a very personal and lively style.
From this location you can walk to places of great interest such as Les Rambles , Plaça Catalunya or El Mercat de la Boquería . It is very well connected with the rest of the city thanks to the Sant Antoni metro stop (L2) .
Fully furnished apartment
This wonderful apartment is divided into three bedrooms , two of them singles and a third double, fully furnished and with plenty of storage space.
It also has an office kitchen, opening to the dining room , equipped with all kinds of utensils.
The living-dining room has a table with space for 4 people , a large chaise longue sofa in front of a flat screen TV where you can make a marathon of your favorite movies, and exit to the outside. The full bathroom has a shower and also has a toilet.

« Ready to move in»: all our apartments are furnished and equipped. All of them have a washing machine, bed linen and blankets; you just have to bring your personal belongings and your own towels. The apartment will be thoroughly cleaned before your arrival.
Outside of these hours, the keys will be delivered in the apartment directly and it has an extra cost.
· Weekdays from 6:00 p.m to 10:00 p.m, extra charge of 30€ and from 10:00 p.m to 9:00 a.m, extra charge of 50€.
· Holidays and weekends surcharge of 30€ all day until 10:00 p.m and 50€ after 10:00 p.m, until 9:00 a.m.
The acceptance of your request will be decided by the owner.
The owner of the booking is entitled to the full refund of the booking amount paid to ShBarcelona, if the contract is not finalized for reasons attributable to the property, without in any case, having the right to demand any additional compensation.

The keys will be handed over during office hours (Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm). Outside these hours or on public holidays, you will have to pay an additional €30 to the agent who will give you the keys.
Be careful, if you lose the keys to the flat, you will be charged an additional €50.
Possible additional charges:
- Check-in weekdays between 18:00 h-23:00 h = €30.
- During the weekend or holiday: €30.
- During the weekend or holiday: €30 (All day until 11:00 p.m.)
- Check-in between 23:00 h-1:00 h in the morning : €50

Make an imprint and a pre-authorization, therefore, the amount will not be charged and this pre-authorization is valid for 7 days.
With this option you will be charged of an extra amount of 20€ to organize the deposit back upon departure. Please note that if you pay cash, the amount will be returned once it has handed over the keys and if the apartment conditions are satisfactory.
The number of persons who may use the apartment may not exceed the number of persons for which the apartment is supposed to be used, except for children under two years of age. Pets are allowed only when permission has been granted.
