Recently renovated tourist apartment for rent in the Eixample neighborhood. It consists of two double bedrooms, a spacious living room, an open and fully equipped kitchen and a 15m² terrace. This accommodation has Internet connection, TV with international channels and a sofa bed, which can comfortably accommodate 4 people for a holiday in Barcelona.
This apartment is located in the Eixample (Esquerra), near Plaça Espanya and its huge Las Arenas Shopping Center. It is an area with many local bars and restaurants that will allow you to taste the typical Catalan cuisine.
This accommodation is close to the Entença (L5) and Sants (L3) stations that connect you to the famous Las Ramblas or Gaudí's Sagrada Familia in 10 minutes.

Se alquila apartamento turístico recientemente reformado en el barrio del Eixample. Consta de dos dormitorios dobles, un amplio salón, una cocina abierta y totalmente equipada y una terraza de 15m². Este alojamiento dispone de conexión a Internet, TV con canales internacionales y sofá cama, lo que permite alojar cómodamente a 4 personas para unas vacaciones en Barcelona.

Séjour très agréable. Appartement conforme aux descriptifs. Spacieux, agréable à vivre, très propre ... Parking pour la voiture à côté de la porte d'entrée pour 80€ la semaine. Très appréciable. Commerces aux alentours chaleureux. Accès métro très proche. Accueil de l'hôte très agréable. La localisation de l'appartement est proche de lieux intéressants à voir (place d'Espagne avec accès au monjuic)
L'appartement était très propre et fonctionnel à notre arrivée. Greg a été réactif à nos demandes. Je recommande vivement cet appartement. Hubert
Nous avons aimé votre ville, ellle est très belle et peut être nous y reviendrons une autre fois. Pour l'appartement, il était très bien, mais quelques remarques tout de même :il manquait de la vaisselle, 4 cueillières à café pour 4 personnes c'est très peu,pas d'essoreuse à salade. Nous avons signalé le premier jour que le pot de la cafetière était fêlé, mais personne n'a rien fait et ça nous a bien embêté. Il y avait quelques lampes qui ne fonctionnait pas.Tout cela je vous l'ai consigné sur un papier, que j'ai laissé sur la table avec les clés.

This apartment on Calle Corsega was very nice and very well located. It is modern and well-furnished in everything. The support from the local agency was great. The only less satisfying aspect has been the neighbor upstairs with her high heels at 6 or 7 in the morning. The sofa could have benn a little cleaner.

The appartement vas very nice with a lovely balcony, the neighbourhood was allso in a calm area with atms, supermarkets and fruitmarket. Check in & check out was allso very smooth.

«Service Maintenance 24/7»: during your stay, you can use our 24/7 ShBarcelona maintenance service. They will be able to assist you and if is necessary will send a person to solve any problem that has occurred in the apartment. This service is free of charge. However, please note that if the problem is derived from misuse or accident attributable to the tenant, then the repair costs will be charged.
« Ready to move in»: all our apartments are furnished and equipped. All of them have a washing machine, bed linen and blankets; you just have to bring your personal belongings and your own towels. The apartment will be thoroughly cleaned before your arrival.
Outside of these hours, the keys will be delivered in the apartment directly and it has an extra cost.
· Weekdays from 6:00 p.m to 10:00 p.m, extra charge of 30€ and from 10:00 p.m to 9:00 a.m, extra charge of 50€.
· Holidays and weekends surcharge of 30€ all day until 10:00 p.m and 50€ after 10:00 p.m, until 9:00 a.m.

The keys will be handed over during office hours (Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm). Outside these hours or on public holidays, you will have to pay an additional €30 to the agent who will give you the keys.
Be careful, if you lose the keys to the flat, you will be charged an additional €50.

- During the weekend or holiday: €30.

Make an imprint and a pre-authorization, therefore, the amount will not be charged and this pre-authorization is valid for 7 days.
With this option you will be charged of an extra amount of 20€ to organize the deposit back upon departure. Please note that if you pay cash, the amount will be returned once it has handed over the keys and if the apartment conditions are satisfactory.
The number of persons who may use the apartment may not exceed the number of persons for which the apartment is supposed to be used, except for children under two years of age. Pets are allowed only when permission has been granted.

What is a short term rental of a tourist apartment?

What does the price on the website include?
The price of a tourist apartment includes the total number of nights that you spend in the flat and it changes according to the number of people staying. How do I book a flat?
Enter your arrival and departure date, the number of people in the spaces provided and press the "Search" button. Then, you will have a list with all the apartments available for your stay. Once you have chosen your apartment, you can book it online in a fast and secure way, pressing "Book now". Finally, you will be asked for your personal information and then to pay a deposit to hold your booking. How can I make sure that my apartment is booked?
Once the transaction with the bank has been successfully, you will have booked your flat. Please check your email, you will receive an automatic email from ShBarcelona with the booking confirmation. This document will have all the contact details and information for your check-in. -

When can I check-in?
The official time for check-in is from 3pm to 7pm. If you arrive before 3pm, you must confirm with the contact person if you will be able to access to your apartment earlier, if it is available. Please note that check-in is not possible before 12 noon. During office hours, from Monday to Friday from 10am to 7pm, we will be happy to keep your luggage, so you can start to enjoy the city. If you arrive after 7pm on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays, you will need to pay an amount of 30€ to the agent in charge of the keys' delivery. -

When do I get the keys?
In most cases, we welcome you directly at the flat, we deliver you the keys when the balance has been paid and the floor inspected. In the booking contract you can view the agent contact details who will be checking in. Please communicate with him, once you have collected your bags at the airport, you are close to the train station or bus, or you are 20 minutes distance from Barcelona in the GPS of your car. In case the contact person does not respond you always have the emergency number. It is very important that we know about your arrival time approximate and you keep us informed in case of delay in the expected time of your arrival, to avoid unnecessary waiting. -

How do I know if the flat is provided with internet, lift and air conditioning?
You can find the equipment of the flat In the apartment description at the web. You should note that the agency is not responsible in case the lift is out of service or any unforeseen event, but we will always do our best to find a quick and pleasant solution and guarantee your comfort. -

Do I have to clean the floor before leaving?
You will be asked to leave the apartment in a reasonable condition and take out the trash, clean the dishes and take out yours belongings or an extra cleaning fee will be requested. -

When my deposit will be returned?
The amount of the security deposit that you will be asked for is 250€. You have two options to pay:
1. With your credit card: make an imprint and a pre-authorization, therefore, the amount will not be charged and this pre-authorization is valid for 7 days.
2. Cash: with this option you will be charged of an extra amount of 20€ to organize the deposit back upon departure. Please note that if you pay cash, the amount will be returned once it has handed over the keys and if the apartment conditions are satisfactory. -

Are parties allowed in the apartments?
Please observe that ShBarcelona Terms and Conditions with regard to disturbances, excessively loud music and parties are very clear: all are strictly forbidden. Guests staying in a ShBarcelona apartment should know that if parties are held or havoc is caused or if the neighbours complain they may call the police and this can result in immediate eviction regardless of the time of day or night and it could represent having to pay a fine. The client signing the check-in form will be responsible for the correct behaviour of all the persons accompanying him or her. Failing to comply will result in loss of the prepaid rent and refundable damage deposit and we will not give any type of compensation. Quiet time is every day from 22.00 PM to 8.00 AM. -

Do I have to share the apartment with other people?
Not at all. You rent the whole apartment and only share it with members that appear in your reservation. -

Are there any extra charge upon arrival?
You only have to pay for the check-in service, if you make it out of office hours, the rest is included. If you arrive after 7pm on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays, you will need to pay an amount of 30€ to the agent in charge of keys' delivery. -

What does the cleaning service include, who is in charge and it is mandatory?
Cleaning fees are mandatory because it guarantees a standardized cleaning level for the apartments, respecting the environment and a certain comfort level. We do not doubt about your cleaning standards, but we consider a specific list to satisfy the expectations of all our guests and tenants. Also, if there is any inconvenience and you are not satisfied, we will contact the cleaning staff again to assist you. The cleaning service includes the complete preparation of the apartment: cleaning of bathroom, living room, kitchen, bedroom and other rooms, bedding (clean and made beds) and towels (one kit per person, per stay). -

When do I pay the balance of the apartment?
The total payment of the apartment must be paid upon your arrival, before the delivery of the keys. The payment can be made by credit card or cash. -

Can I bring more guests than those who are in the flat contract?
The booking is made for a specific number of people, which can vary according to the capacity indicated on the apartment description. All those who are not declared in the reservation cannot stay in the apartment. -

Can I change my booking dates?
If you need an extension and the apartment is available, we can extend your stay. If you want to reduce your stay, this is interpreted as a cancellation and the amount that has been paid cannot be refunded. -

Cancellation policy
If you cancel with thirty days or more in advance of your arrival, we will refund you 50% of the deposit paid on your booking. If the cancellation occurs later, within 30 days prior to your arrival, the amount paid on the reservation will not be refunded. -
