Wonderful holiday apartment in Barcelona , located in the Poble Sec neighborhood , Sants-Montjuïc district . It has capacity for 4 people with its 48m². It is located on the first floor of the building, it has 2 bedrooms, one bedroom with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds. The apartment floor is parquet, there is air conditioning and Internet connection. It has a lounge with a sofa and a flat-screen TV. You can also enjoy a bathroom that contains a hydromassage shower cabin and enjoy the terrace. The kitchen is completely equipped.
A 10-minute walk from the apartment is the Mirador del Poble Sec, surrounded by green areas. Plaza de España and the Fira de Barcelona which is a 15-minute walk from the apartment. You can go to admire the wonderful spectacle of the Magic Fountain of Montjuic . The Poble Sec neighborhood is a 10-minute walk from Las Ramblas, and 3 km from Barcelona's beaches . This area offers all the necessary amenities to go shopping and enjoy your stay (supermarkets, restaurants and bars , the metro).

Maravilloso apartamento de vacaciones en Barcelona, ubicado en el barrio de Poble Sec, distrito de Sants-Montjuïc. Tiene capacidad para 4 personas con sus 48m². Se encuentra en la primera planta del edificio, cuenta con 2 dormitorios, un dormitorio con una cama doble y otro con 2 camas individuales. El suelo del apartamento es de parquet, hay aire acondicionado y conexión a Internet. Cuenta con un salón con un sofá y una TV de pantalla plana. También puede disfrutar de un baño que contiene una cabina de ducha con hidromasaje y disfrutar de la terraza. La cocina está totalmente equipada.
A 10 minutos a pie del apartamento se encuentra el Mirador del Poble Sec, rodeado de zonas verdes. La Plaza de España y la Fira de Barcelona que está a 15 minutos de marcha a pie del apartamento. Usted puede ir a admirar el maravilloso espectáculo de la Fuente Mágica de Montjuic. El barrio de Poble Sec está a 10 minutos a pie de Las Ramblas, y a 3 km de las playas de Barcelona. Flat was great. Greg got a hairdryer for us because the flat didn't have one. Much appreciated because we didn't have to pack it. Location is outstanding. Flat was quiet and very clean. One great thing about the location: the flat is one block away from a pedestrian street with lots of cafés tapas bars and shops. Location is also only a couple blocks from the metro station on the green line. This makes it very convenient to get over to Ramblas and el Gotic.
We stayed 4 nights at Greg's apartment. The apartment was everything we expected very clean and spacious. Good location, clean & cozy, useful utilities & electronic appliances. Very close to carrer de Blai with many cafés and restaurants and felt extremely safe walking around late at night. Only 1 minute walk away from L3 Metro station "Poble Sec" also close to 24h supermarket. The host was kind and reliable person.
Estamos muy satisfechos con el piso y con el tratamiento recibidos por parte de Greg, Marck, Bruno, y el resto del equipo. Cuando hubo un inconveniente con las lámparas fue resuelto de inmediato, enviando una persona que se hizo cargo y resolvió el problema. El piso es oscuro, pero tiene una terraza bonita y cómoda. El equipamiento estaba muy bien, tanto en la cocina como el resto de la casa. Hubiera venido bien un juego más de sábanas para la cama doble (nos hemos quedado casi un mes).
Destaco el buen funcionamiento del wifi en todo el piso, esencial para una estadía relativamente larga durante la cual hay que seguir trabajando a través del océano! También destaco el sistema de duchas del baño! Buenísimo, como decimos por aquí.

«Service Maintenance 24/7»: during your stay, you can use our 24/7 ShBarcelona maintenance service. They will be able to assist you and if is necessary will send a person to solve any problem that has occurred in the apartment. This service is free of charge. « Ready to move in»: all our apartments are furnished and equipped. All of them have a washing machine, bed linen and blankets; you just have to bring your personal belongings and your own towels. The apartment will be thoroughly cleaned before your arrival.
Outside of these hours, the keys will be delivered in the apartment directly and it has an extra cost.
· Weekdays from 6:00 p.m to 10:00 p.m, extra charge of 30€ and from 10:00 p.m to 9:00 a.m, extra charge of 50€.

Be careful, if you lose the keys to the flat, you will be charged an additional €50.

Make an imprint and a pre-authorization, therefore, the amount will not be charged and this pre-authorization is valid for 7 days.
With this option you will be charged of an extra amount of 20€ to organize the deposit back upon departure. Please note that if you pay cash, the amount will be returned once it has handed over the keys and if the apartment conditions are satisfactory.
The number of persons who may use the apartment may not exceed the number of persons for which the apartment is supposed to be used, except for children under two years of age. Pets are allowed only when permission has been granted.

What is a short term rental of a tourist apartment?

What does the price on the website include?
The price of a tourist apartment includes the total number of nights that you spend in the flat and it changes according to the number of people staying. How do I book a flat?
Enter your arrival and departure date, the number of people in the spaces provided and press the "Search" button. Then, you will have a list with all the apartments available for your stay. How can I make sure that my apartment is booked?
Once the transaction with the bank has been successfully, you will have booked your flat. Please check your email, you will receive an automatic email from ShBarcelona with the booking confirmation. This document will have all the contact details and information for your check-in. -

When can I check-in?
The official time for check-in is from 3pm to 7pm. If you arrive before 3pm, you must confirm with the contact person if you will be able to access to your apartment earlier, if it is available. Please note that check-in is not possible before 12 noon. During office hours, from Monday to Friday from 10am to 7pm, we will be happy to keep your luggage, so you can start to enjoy the city. If you arrive after 7pm on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays, you will need to pay an amount of 30€ to the agent in charge of the keys' delivery. -

When do I get the keys?
In most cases, we welcome you directly at the flat, we deliver you the keys when the balance has been paid and the floor inspected. In the booking contract you can view the agent contact details who will be checking in. Please communicate with him, once you have collected your bags at the airport, you are close to the train station or bus, or you are 20 minutes distance from Barcelona in the GPS of your car. In case the contact person does not respond you always have the emergency number. It is very important that we know about your arrival time approximate and you keep us informed in case of delay in the expected time of your arrival, to avoid unnecessary waiting. -

How do I know if the flat is provided with internet, lift and air conditioning?
You can find the equipment of the flat In the apartment description at the web. You should note that the agency is not responsible in case the lift is out of service or any unforeseen event, but we will always do our best to find a quick and pleasant solution and guarantee your comfort. -

Do I have to clean the floor before leaving?
You will be asked to leave the apartment in a reasonable condition and take out the trash, clean the dishes and take out yours belongings or an extra cleaning fee will be requested. -

When my deposit will be returned?
The amount of the security deposit that you will be asked for is 250€. You have two options to pay:
1. With your credit card: make an imprint and a pre-authorization, therefore, the amount will not be charged and this pre-authorization is valid for 7 days.
2. Cash: with this option you will be charged of an extra amount of 20€ to organize the deposit back upon departure. Please note that if you pay cash, the amount will be returned once it has handed over the keys and if the apartment conditions are satisfactory. -

Are parties allowed in the apartments?
Please observe that ShBarcelona Terms and Conditions with regard to disturbances, excessively loud music and parties are very clear: all are strictly forbidden. Guests staying in a ShBarcelona apartment should know that if parties are held or havoc is caused or if the neighbours complain they may call the police and this can result in immediate eviction regardless of the time of day or night and it could represent having to pay a fine. The client signing the check-in form will be responsible for the correct behaviour of all the persons accompanying him or her. Failing to comply will result in loss of the prepaid rent and refundable damage deposit and we will not give any type of compensation. Quiet time is every day from 22.00 PM to 8.00 AM. -

Not at all. You rent the whole apartment and only share it with members that appear in your reservation. -

Are there any extra charge upon arrival?
You only have to pay for the check-in service, if you make it out of office hours, the rest is included. If you arrive after 7pm on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays, you will need to pay an amount of 30€ to the agent in charge of keys' delivery. -

What does the cleaning service include, who is in charge and it is mandatory?
Cleaning fees are mandatory because it guarantees a standardized cleaning level for the apartments, respecting the environment and a certain comfort level. We do not doubt about your cleaning standards, but we consider a specific list to satisfy the expectations of all our guests and tenants. Also, if there is any inconvenience and you are not satisfied, we will contact the cleaning staff again to assist you. The cleaning service includes the complete preparation of the apartment: cleaning of bathroom, living room, kitchen, bedroom and other rooms, bedding (clean and made beds) and towels (one kit per person, per stay). -

When do I pay the balance of the apartment?
The total payment of the apartment must be paid upon your arrival, before the delivery of the keys. The payment can be made by credit card or cash. -

Can I change my booking dates?
If you need an extension and the apartment is available, we can extend your stay. If you want to reduce your stay, this is interpreted as a cancellation and the amount that has been paid cannot be refunded. -

Cancellation policy
If you cancel with thirty days or more in advance of your arrival, we will refund you 50% of the deposit paid on your booking. If the cancellation occurs later, within 30 days prior to your arrival, the amount paid on the reservation will not be refunded. -
