This property offers lots of space, is bright and wonderfully decorated. It has 3 large double bedrooms, a spacious living room, big fully-equipped kitchen, two bathrooms and storage. Internet is included in the price. There are two balconies benefiting views of the neighbourhood, providing lots of light and a place for tranquillity, sheltered from urban noise.
The building is located on Valencia Street where it meets with Lepanto Street, next to Gaudí Square. The Sagrada Familia plus its green spaces are a few meters away and the Modernist Enclosure of Sant Pau, declared World Heritage by Unesco due to its great beauty and uniqueness is nearby. Another attraction near the building is the Old Damm Factory, this industrial site has been listed as of Documentary Interest, cultural and leisure activities are held here. L'Eixample offers everything you could want, you will find cinemas, theatres, nice terraces, tapas bars, supermarkets, shops, bars, restaurants, hospitals, libraries and so much more.
Barcelona is a city that you can explore on foot or by bike, there is also an efficient public transport system if you wish to use it the nearest metro station is just a few meters from the building, the Sagrada Familia L2 - L5 and there re also several bus lines.

«Two steps booking»: pay one of the 2 months rent security deposit in advance (which will be deducted afterwards from the whole initial payment) to book the flat, and pay the remaining amount any time before moving in.

They will be able to assist you and if is necessary will send a person to solve any problem that has occurred in the apartment. This service is free of charge. However, please note that if the problem is derived from misuse or accident attributable to the tenant, then the repair costs will be charged.
« Ready to move in»: all our apartments are furnished and equipped. All of them have a washing machine, bed linen and blankets; you just have to bring your personal belongings and your own towels. The apartment will be thoroughly cleaned before your arrival.
Outside of these hours, the keys will be delivered in the apartment directly and it has an extra cost.
· Weekdays from 6:00 p.m to 10:00 p.m, extra charge of 30€ and from 10:00 p.m to 9:00 a.m, extra charge of 50€.
· Holidays and weekends surcharge of 30€ all day until 10:00 p.m and 50€ after 10:00 p.m, until 9:00 a.m.
The acceptance of your request will be decided by the owner.
The owner of the booking is entitled to the full refund of the booking amount paid to ShBarcelona, if the contract is not finalized for reasons attributable to the property, without in any case, having the right to demand any additional compensation.
In addition, it is important to keep in mind that although the apartments have insurance that covers water damages, fire and civil liability, this insurance does not cover damages or possible theft of your personal belongings. The keys will be handed over during office hours (Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm). Outside these hours or on public holidays, you will have to pay an additional €30 to the agent who will give you the keys.
Be careful, if you lose the keys to the flat, you will be charged an additional €50.
Possible additional charges:
- Check-in weekdays between 18:00 h-23:00 h = €30.
- During the weekend or holiday: €30.
- During the weekend or holiday: €30 (All day until 11:00 p.m.)
- Check-in between 23:00 h-1:00 h in the morning : €50
- Security box: Free of charge
Make an imprint and a pre-authorization, therefore, the amount will not be charged and this pre-authorization is valid for 7 days.
With this option you will be charged of an extra amount of 20€ to organize the deposit back upon departure. Please note that if you pay cash, the amount will be returned once it has handed over the keys and if the apartment conditions are satisfactory.
The number of persons who may use the apartment may not exceed the number of persons for which the apartment is supposed to be used, except for children under two years of age. Pets are allowed only when permission has been granted.
