Splendid apartment for temporary rental in the Montjuïc neighborhood, next to the Ciutat de la Justícia. The property is located very close to the Montjuïc site , where we find the Joan Miró Foundation, the Botanical Garden and Montjuïc Castle , among others.
The house stands out for its terrace and for its luminosity in most of the rooms. It has 86 square meters of surface, very well distributed. The living-dining room is very spacious and cozy with the sofa and TV area, and with the dining area. The kitchen is independent and has all the appliances and utensils to prepare your best recipes, it also has a small table where you can have breakfast. The two rooms of the house have a double bed, which are complemented by the office that there is. The apartment also has two bathrooms , one with a bathtub and the other with a shower. Finally, the apartment is equipped with air conditioning, heating system and internet.
The closest metro stop is Foneria (L10S) , although it is also close to the Ildefons Cerdà railway station , which connects with the entire Barcelona metropolitan area.
Espléndido apartamento de alquiler temporal en el barrio de Montjuïc, al lado de la Ciutat de la Justícia. El inmueble se ubica muy cerca del recinto de Montjuïc, donde encontramos la fundación Joan Miró, el Jardín Botánico y el Castillo de Montjuïc, entre otros.
La vivienda destaca por su terraza y por su luminosidad en la mayoría de estancias. Dispone de 86 metros cuadrados de superficie, muy bien distribuidos. El salón-comedor es muy espacioso ya cogedor con la zona del sofá y el televisor, y con la parte del comedor. La cocina es independiente y cuenta con todos los electrodomésticos y utensilios para preparar tus mejores recetas, además tiene una pequeña mesa donde poder desayunar. Las dos habitaciones de la casa tienen cama doble, que se complementan con el despacho que hay. El piso también cuenta con dos baños, uno de ellos con bañera y el otro con ducha. Por último, el apartamento está dotado de aire acondicionado, sistema de calefacción e internet.
La parada de metro más cercana es la de Foneria (L10S), aunque también está cerca de la parada de ferrocarriles de Ildefons Cerdà, que comunica con toda el área metropolitana de Barcelona.

«Two steps booking»: pay one of the 2 months rent security deposit in advance (which will be deducted afterwards from the whole initial payment) to book the flat, and pay the remaining amount any time before moving in.

« Ready to move in»: all our apartments are furnished and equipped. All of them have a washing machine, bed linen and blankets; you just have to bring your personal belongings and your own towels. The apartment will be thoroughly cleaned before your arrival.
Outside of these hours, the keys will be delivered in the apartment directly and it has an extra cost.
· Weekdays from 6:00 p.m to 10:00 p.m, extra charge of 30€ and from 10:00 p.m to 9:00 a.m, extra charge of 50€.
· Holidays and weekends surcharge of 30€ all day until 10:00 p.m and 50€ after 10:00 p.m, until 9:00 a.m.
The acceptance of your request will be decided by the owner.
The owner of the booking is entitled to the full refund of the booking amount paid to ShBarcelona, if the contract is not finalized for reasons attributable to the property, without in any case, having the right to demand any additional compensation.
In addition, it is important to keep in mind that although the apartments have insurance that covers water damages, fire and civil liability, this insurance does not cover damages or possible theft of your personal belongings. The keys will be handed over during office hours (Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm). Outside these hours or on public holidays, you will have to pay an additional €30 to the agent who will give you the keys.
Be careful, if you lose the keys to the flat, you will be charged an additional €50.
Possible additional charges:
- Check-in weekdays between 18:00 h-23:00 h = €30.
- During the weekend or holiday: €30.
- During the weekend or holiday: €30 (All day until 11:00 p.m.)
- Check-in between 23:00 h-1:00 h in the morning : €50

Make an imprint and a pre-authorization, therefore, the amount will not be charged and this pre-authorization is valid for 7 days.
With this option you will be charged of an extra amount of 20€ to organize the deposit back upon departure. Please note that if you pay cash, the amount will be returned once it has handed over the keys and if the apartment conditions are satisfactory.
The number of persons who may use the apartment may not exceed the number of persons for which the apartment is supposed to be used, except for children under two years of age. Pets are allowed only when permission has been granted.
