The apartment is located in the Sants-Montjuïc district , in the Marina del Port neighborhood, an old industrial neighborhood that borders the town of Hospitalet de Llobregat.
It is a quiet neighborhood that is located two blocks from the Gran Vía de les Corts Catalanes , a road that crosses the entire city and connects it with the metropolitan area.
The neighborhood has several parks and green areas nearby where you can take the dog for a walk or go for a walk. The area also has a wide variety of restaurants and bars, as well as basic shops: supermarkets, pharmacies, gyms, etc.
If you have a car, it will be very easy to get there, as it is well connected to the motorway and also to the city. Public transport also arrives without problem, there are several bus stops nearby. The nearest metro stop is Foneria (L10S) and the Ildefons Cerdà railway station.
3 double rooms and a balcony
As can be seen in the photos, the apartment is very spacious (it has 120m² ) and is distributed in: entrance hall, independent kitchen, laundry room, living-dining room with access to the balcony, three double bedrooms and a bathroom.
Going into more detail, the kitchen has all the necessary appliances: fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave and various utensils. This way, you don't need to worry about buying anything during your stay. There is also a small and practical utility room.
As for the bedrooms, they are all doubles and have their own wardrobe. All rooms are spacious. On the other hand, even if there is only one bathroom, it has enough space to store the things of three different people. It has a shower tray.

Ubicación del apartamento
El apartamento se ubica en el distrito de Sants-Montjuïc, en el barrio de la Marina del Port, un antiguo barrio industrial que hace frontera con la localidad de Hospitalet de Llobregat.
Es un barrio tranquilo que se ubica a dos calles de la Gran Vía de les Corts Catalanes, una vía que cruza la ciudad entera y la conecta con el área metropolitana.
El barrio tiene cerca varios parques y zonas verdes donde poder sacar a pasear al perro o pasear. También la zona dispone de amplia variedad de restaurantes y bares, así como comercios básicos: supermercados, farmacias, gimnasios, etc.
Si dispone de coche le será muy fácil de llegar, pues está bien conectado con la autopista y también con la ciudad. El transporte público también llega sin problema, hay varias paradas de autobús cerca. La parada de metro más cercana es Foneria (L10S) y la de ferrocarril Ildefons Cerdà.
3 habitaciones dobles y un balcón
Como se aprecia en las fotos, el apartamento es muy amplio (dispone de 120m²) que están distribuidos en: recibidor, cocina independiente, lavadero, salón-comedor con acceso al balcón, tres dormitorios dobles y un baño.
Entrando más en detalle, la cocina dispone de todos los electrodomésticos necesarios: nevera, congelador, horno, lavavajillas, microondas y utensilios varios. De esta manera, no es necesario preocuparse de comprar nada durante su estancia. También hay un pequeño y práctico lavadero.
En cuanto a los dormitorios, son todos dobles y disponen de armario propio. Todas las habitaciones son amplias. Por otro lado, aunque solo haya un baño, cuenta con espacio suficiente para almacenar las cosas de tres personas distintas. Dispone de plato de ducha.

Make an imprint and a pre-authorization, therefore, the amount will not be charged and this pre-authorization is valid for 7 days.
