The apartment is located between Consell de Cent and Dos de Maig streets, in the Sagrada Familia neighborhood , in the right Eixample of Barcelona .
In addition to having among its streets one of the most emblematic and impressive monuments of the city, the area is highly populated and, therefore, has a large number of services, shops, bars, restaurants and leisure areas.
The closest metro stops are: Encants (L2), Sant Pau Two of Maig (L5) and Clot (L1 and L2). It is also located very close to the train (Renfe): Barcelona El Clot - Aragó .
About the rental apartment
This beautiful seasonal rental apartment has been decorated by a specialist interior design team to make the most of all its possibilities.
It is distributed between the following rooms: a small hall that leads to the corridor. Through the corridor, we come to the main room: the living-dining room , where we also access the American kitchen . It has a sofa , a round table with chairs where you can eat, a flat screen television and storage furniture.
Through the living room you access the outdoor patio , which has a couple of hammocks and chairs next to a pergola. A perfect space in which to disconnect at the end of the day.
Returning to the interior, the apartment also has a small room that acts as a study, equipped with a desk with a chair and a corner with an armchair. In addition, a small laundry space is reserved, where both the washing machine and the dryer and some cleaning utensils are located.
Finally, the modern bathroom has a shower tray and a storage unit under the sink.

As you can see, it is a very complete apartment, but there is something else you should know! The community fees are included in the price as well as high - speed internet to which you can connect from anywhere on the property.

Sobre el piso de alquiler
Este bonito piso de alquiler de temporada ha sido decorado por un equipo especialista en interiorismo para aprovechar al máximo todas sus posibilidades.
Se distribuye entre las siguientes estancias: un pequeño recibidor que conduce al pasillo. A través del corredor, llegamos a la sala principal: el salón-comedor, donde también se accede a la cocina americana. Cuenta con un sofá, una mesa redonda con sillas donde poder comer, una televisión de pantalla plana y muebles de almacenamiento.
A través del salón se accede al patio exterior, que cuenta con un par de hamacas y sillas junto a una pérgola. Un espacio perfecto en el que desconectar al final de la jornada.
Volviendo al interior, el piso también cuenta con una pequeña estancia que hace de estudio, equipado con un escritorio con silla y un rincón con una butaca. Además, queda reservado un pequeño espacio de lavandería, donde se ubican tanto la lavadora como la secadora y algunos utensilios de limpieza.
Por último, el moderno baño dispone de plato de ducha y un mueble de almacenamiento bajo la pica.

Outside of these hours, the keys will be delivered in the apartment directly and it has an extra cost.

The keys will be handed over during office hours (Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm). Outside these hours or on public holidays, you will have to pay an additional €30 to the agent who will give you the keys.
Be careful, if you lose the keys to the flat, you will be charged an additional €50.

Make an imprint and a pre-authorization, therefore, the amount will not be charged and this pre-authorization is valid for 7 days.
With this option you will be charged of an extra amount of 20€ to organize the deposit back upon departure. Please note that if you pay cash, the amount will be returned once it has handed over the keys and if the apartment conditions are satisfactory.
The number of persons who may use the apartment may not exceed the number of persons for which the apartment is supposed to be used, except for children under two years of age. Pets are allowed only when permission has been granted.
