This rental apartment is located in the El Raval neighborhood. This neighborhood is part of the Ciutat Vella district, the old part of the city that still preserves the charm of the medieval city that it once was.
Specifically, the apartment is located just one street from the famous Rambla del Raval , the epicenter of the neighborhood. Around here it is possible to find restaurants and bars, small neighborhood shops, pharmacies as well as other places of interest such as theaters and various squares.
El Raval is very close to the famous Rambla de Barcelona and also Plaza Catalunya . This is what we consider to be the city center and where there is a great variety of services and also public transport to get to any point in Barcelona. For greater precision, the closest metro stop is Sant Antoni (L2) and Liceu (L3) .

Este apartamento de alquiler se ubica en el barrio de El Raval. Este barrio se enmarca dentro del distrito de Ciutat Vella, el casco antiguo de la ciudad que todavía conserva el encanto de la ciudad medieval que fue.
Concretamente, el piso se ubica a tan solo una calle de la famosa Rambla del Raval, epicentro del barrio. Por aquí es posible encontrar restaurantes y bares, pequeñas tiendas de barrio, farmacias así como también otros espacios de interés como teatros y varias plazas.

Reformado para aprovechar el espacio
¿Cómo se puede aprovechar al máximo el espacio en un loft? Como ves, escogiendo los muebles más prácticos y de la medida correcta. Por eso, la mesa del comedor es plegable y permite ampliar o disminuir el espacio según se necesite.
Por otro lado, la cocina americana que queda abierta al pequeño salón, está equipada con lo más básico: nevera, congelador, lavavajillas, lavadora, horno, microondas y el resto de utensilios. Tanto la cocina como el salón, que cuenta con un pequeño sillón y una TV, están abiertos al exterior a través de un pequeño balcón.
Separada de esta estancia, y también abierta al exterior gracias al balcón, tenemos el dormitorio principal, compuesto por una cama doble, una mesita de noche y un armario donde poder colocar todas las cosas. Junto al dormitorio se encuentra también el pequeño y reformado baño con plato de ducha y espacio de almacenamiento suficiente para una o dos personas.

They will be able to assist you and if is necessary will send a person to solve any problem that has occurred in the apartment. This service is free of charge. However, please note that if the problem is derived from misuse or accident attributable to the tenant, then the repair costs will be charged.
« Ready to move in»: all our apartments are furnished and equipped. All of them have a washing machine, bed linen and blankets; you just have to bring your personal belongings and your own towels. The apartment will be thoroughly cleaned before your arrival.
Outside of these hours, the keys will be delivered in the apartment directly and it has an extra cost.
· Weekdays from 6:00 p.m to 10:00 p.m, extra charge of 30€ and from 10:00 p.m to 9:00 a.m, extra charge of 50€.

The keys will be handed over during office hours (Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm). Outside these hours or on public holidays, you will have to pay an additional €30 to the agent who will give you the keys.
Be careful, if you lose the keys to the flat, you will be charged an additional €50.

Make an imprint and a pre-authorization, therefore, the amount will not be charged and this pre-authorization is valid for 7 days.

The number of persons who may use the apartment may not exceed the number of persons for which the apartment is supposed to be used, except for children under two years of age. Pets are allowed only when permission has been granted.
