Apartment location
This rental apartment is very central. It is located just two minutes from La Rambla, one of the most emblematic pedestrian streets of the city. It is neither more nor less the geographical and neuralgic center of Barcelona, since all the major brands and stores are located here.
For greater precision, the apartment is located next to the Liceu metro stop (L3) . This also means being very well connected with public transport, since arriving at Plaza Catalunya you can take the commuter train (Renfe), the red line metro from the Catalunya stop (L1) or the railway (FGC).
In the streets surrounding the apartment there are a variety of bars and restaurants where you can eat, as well as shops and supermarkets to cover basic needs. It is also easy to access Portal del Ángel, an avenue full of clothing stores .
Well-distributed one-room apartment
What surprises the most about this apartment is its distribution, as it is very well achieved. Having a single environment can be difficult to take advantage of all the space. However, and thanks to the chosen furniture, this apartment wins when you look at it closely.
Upon entering we find the living-dining room, with a designer sofa in front of a flat screen television. Next, there is the open, designer and fully equipped kitchen. All furniture is built-in and custom-made. In addition, the appliances are integrated and hidden in plain sight. In front of the kitchen we find the table, made of round marble and arranged with four comfortable upholstered chairs.
The best comes now: the bedroom is separated by a custom piece of furniture that serves both as storage and as a separator. In the upper part it is made of glass, which allows all the natural light to enter from the two large windows that are at the foot of the bed. In addition, this part of the apartment has large built-in wardrobes, perfect for storing all kinds of objects and clothes.
Finally, the bathroom is renovated and also designed to optimize space. It has a shower tray and a translucent window through which light passes but the neighbors are not glimpsed.

Ubicación del apartamento
Este apartamento de alquiler es muy céntrico. Se encuentra a tan solo dos minutos de La Rambla, una de las vías peatonales más emblemáticas de la ciudad. Se trata ni más ni menos del centro geográfico y neurálgico de Barcelona, pues todas las grandes marcas y tiendas se encuentran aquí.
Para mayor precisión, el apartamento se encuentra al lado de la parada de metro de Liceu (L3). Esto también supone estar muy bien conectado con el transporte público, pues llegando a Plaza Catalunya se puede coger tren de cercanías (Renfe), el metro de la línea roja de la parada de Catalunya (L1) o el ferrocarril (FGC).
En las calles colindantes al apartamento hay variedad de bares y restaurantes en los que comer, así como comercios y supermercados para cubrir las necesidades básicas. También es fácil acceder a Portal del Ángel, una avenida llena de tiendas de ropa.
Piso de un solo ambiente bien distribuido
Lo que más sorprende de este piso es su distribución, pues está muy bien conseguida. Al tener un único ambiente puede resultar complicado aprovechar todo el espacio. Sin embargo, y gracias al mobiliario escogido, este piso gana en cuanto lo observas de cerca.
Al entrar encontramos el salón-comedor, con un sofá de diseño frente a una televisión de pantalla plana. A continuación, está la cocina abierta, de diseño y totalmente equipada. Todos los muebles están empotrados y hechos a medida. Además, los electrodomésticos están integrados y escondidos a simple vista. Frente a la cocina encontramos la mesa, de mármol redonda y dispuesta con cuatro cómodas sillas tapizadas.
Lo mejor viene ahora: el dormitorio está separado por un mueble a medida que sirve tanto de almacenamiento como de separador. En la parte superior es de cristal, lo que permite que entre toda la luz natural de los dos grandes ventanales que quedan a los pies de la cama. Además, esta parte del apartamento cuenta con amplios armarios empotrados, perfectos para almacenar todo tipo de objetos y ropa.
Por último, el baño, está reformado y diseñado también para optimizar el espacio. Cuenta con plato de ducha y una ventana translúcida por la que pasa la luz pero no se vislumbra a los vecinos.

They will be able to assist you and if is necessary will send a person to solve any problem that has occurred in the apartment. This service is free of charge. However, please note that if the problem is derived from misuse or accident attributable to the tenant, then the repair costs will be charged.
« Ready to move in»: all our apartments are furnished and equipped. All of them have a washing machine, bed linen and blankets; you just have to bring your personal belongings and your own towels. The apartment will be thoroughly cleaned before your arrival.
Outside of these hours, the keys will be delivered in the apartment directly and it has an extra cost.
· Weekdays from 6:00 p.m to 10:00 p.m, extra charge of 30€ and from 10:00 p.m to 9:00 a.m, extra charge of 50€.
· Holidays and weekends surcharge of 30€ all day until 10:00 p.m and 50€ after 10:00 p.m, until 9:00 a.m.
The acceptance of your request will be decided by the owner.
The owner of the booking is entitled to the full refund of the booking amount paid to ShBarcelona, if the contract is not finalized for reasons attributable to the property, without in any case, having the right to demand any additional compensation.
In addition, it is important to keep in mind that although the apartments have insurance that covers water damages, fire and civil liability, this insurance does not cover damages or possible theft of your personal belongings. It is important to take into account that, although the apartments have home insurance coverage, this insurance does not cover damages to third parties or the possible theft of your belongings. You will need to take out a home liability insurance policy. You can contact us to contract your home insurance.
The keys will be handed over during office hours (Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm). Outside these hours or on public holidays, you will have to pay an additional €30 to the agent who will give you the keys.
Be careful, if you lose the keys to the flat, you will be charged an additional €50.

- Check-in weekdays between 18:00 h-23:00 h = €30.
- During the weekend or holiday: €30.

Make an imprint and a pre-authorization, therefore, the amount will not be charged and this pre-authorization is valid for 7 days.
With this option you will be charged of an extra amount of 20€ to organize the deposit back upon departure. Please note that if you pay cash, the amount will be returned once it has handed over the keys and if the apartment conditions are satisfactory.
The number of persons who may use the apartment may not exceed the number of persons for which the apartment is supposed to be used, except for children under two years of age. Pets are allowed only when permission has been granted.
