Co-working spaces in Barcelona

Adriana
Written by Adriana

The number of people who create their own businesses and work for themselves is increasing every day. Because of the financial crisis that we are suffering and the growing unemployment rate, many people opt for bringing to life an idea that has been flying around in their heads for a long time, taking the risk of investing in a personal initiative.

For those new entrepreneurs, having a space to receive clients, establish working relationships with other enterprises, initiate collaborations, meet people and work as if they were “at the office” can only bring benefits.

There are plenty of shared workspaces or co-working spaces in Barcelona that can be booked for a daily or monthly price that will offer all of the above and much more.

MOB

Makers Of Barcelona or MOB may be one of the most popular co-working spaces in the city. One of the reasons for this is the fact that the space is so centrally located, only a couple of steps away from Arc de Triomf, which has a number of buses, trains and metros run by, and is also only a couple of minutes away from Plaça de Catalunya, which is considered the heart of the city. MOB was founded by a young and dynamic team and it offers a number of different memberships to best suit each freelancer‘s needs.

Prices: Those who want to come only part time will pay 80€ a month to have a space available for them during the mornings, or 60€ if they prefer coming in the afternoon. If you plan to go to MOB to work every day, you have plans ranging from 130€ to 230€ a month, depending on how much you will use the meeting rooms, the schedule you want to come in, and other factors. For those who need space not only for them but also for their team, prices start at 695€. They also offer other, more flexible choices, like the Mini MOB, the MOB Traveler, and the MOB Ten Pass.

Location: Carrer de Bailèn, 11
