Ramen is one of the best Japanese dishes there are. It is a bowl of wheat noodles soup served with meat broth, soy sauce, miso, with different toppings such as slices of braised pork (chashu), chicken or beef, onions, leeks (negi), seaweed, bean sprouts (moyashi) and one marinated egg (tamago). Ramen recipes can vary but they are all delicious. People like eating ramen because it is usually not expensive and it is a tasty and consistent dish. Located in Eixample, Ramen Ya-Hiro is a very popular restaurant to eat ramen. It is a nice and small place run by Hiroki Yoshiyuki, a renowned chef. Different ramens are available, with meat or seafood and there is also a version for vegetarians. Everything is good and tasty. Prices are affordable (10 euros for a ramen and a beer) but the lunch menu offers a better deal with two dishes and a drink. As we mentioned, Ramen Ya-Hiro is popular place, which means you should either try to make a reservation or show up early if you want to avoid queuing.

Koku Kitchen Ramen

The lunch menu includes a ramen, a dessert and a drink for 11.50 euros. Koku Kitchen Ramn has a nice atmosphere, good food, and a pleasant staff. If you are very hungry, it is the perfect place for eating ramen!
