Paco Meralgo

Paco Meralgo is a top Tapas bar here is Barcelona, who’s local crowd demonstrates just how good it is. Paco Meralgo has provided fresh and gourmet tapas to Barcelona locals and tourists since 2002. Everyone who stumbles upon this restaurant raves about its contemporary style decor and high-quality food and service.

Flash-Flash

Flash-Flash is a contemporary, à la mode, mainstream, vogue styled restaurant. A restaurant that opened it’s door in 1970, it’s food and design at the moment were ahead of its time, and simply put, cutting edge. Its white walls contrasted with black images of a young photographer became a symbol of a simple modernist style restaurant with no apparent luxuries. 45 years later flash-flash remains a meeting point for design lovers, architects, tourist, families, and more. Its specialities include the Spanish tortilla, hamburger, and cheese tart.  

Hofmann

After studying and working in Europe’s best schools and kitchens, Chef Mey Hofmann decided she wanted to combine her passion and experience in the industry, to help others achieve their dreams. She open the Hofman culinary school in early 2000, and soon after the restaurant followed. Hofmann’s Mediterranean traditional and progressive style restaurant has earned her a Michelin star in 2004, as well as provided the people of Barcelona with an extraordinary fine dining experience.   

Quimet & Quimet

When touring the city you may find it convenient to come across any restaurant and hope it serves good food. I highly recommend you save yourself the trouble and just plan to visit Quimet & Quimet. It is the most unique, authentic, and exquisite tapas bar in Barcelona. You can bet this bar is always jam packed with locals and tourist from all around the world ready to have a taste of their exclusive mediterranean dishes.  The tapas bar which is located in Poble Sec. It is casual, friendly, and guarantees a good time.

A-list stars such as Harrison Ford, Woody Allen, Jack Black, Robert de Niro, Yoko Ono, Michael Douglas and more have visited this iconic 175-year old restaurant. Its history and menu are tied closely to Barcelona’s history. To this day 7 Portes has kept its authentic 1836 taste while continuously evolving with its audience’s taste. Enjoy their traditional paella or select another one of their more innovative dishes. 

Osmosis

Osmosis is fine dining combined with the reinvention of traditional Catalonian dishes. The restaurant provides an intimate and cozy ambiance where wine lovers and foodies can experience a refreshing evening. This minimalist restaurant has a total of 17 tables and is located in the heart of the Eixample district. Enjoy an evening of modern Catalonian cuisine, headed by prestiges head Chefs’ Ïñigo Erice and Eduard Martinez, paired with a carefully crafted wine.
