Located in the heart of the city in Barcelona’s Eixample neighborhood, Ciudad Condal is known for its great variety of Spanish food and tapas selection. It has received TripAdvisor‘s Certificate of Excellence, which is only given to restaurants that consistently earn great reviews from travelers.

Not only is the restaurant popular with travelers, however, but with locals too. With delicious tapas, fresh seafood, and unique, flavorful dishes, Ciudad Condal stands out for its high-quality Spanish cuisine and outstanding customer service. The atmosphere is lively and fun, just as a typical tapas bar should be, with a large interior and comfortable outdoor seating area. Although it can get crowded at times, it’s worth the wait to experience some of the best tapas you can find in Barcelona.

They offer typical tapas such as Spanish omelet, ham croquetas, patatas bravas, baby squids, stuffed red peppers, and a variety of montaditos, small sandwiches that come in with a selection of toppings. They have several fresh salads on the menu as well as larger sandwiches with ham, beef tenderloin, botifarra (pork sausage), Spanish omelet, bacon, cheese, and more. Whatever kind of tapas you’re looking for, you can find them at Ciudad Condal.

Ciudad Condal is very conveniently located in the center of Barcelona at Rambla de Catalunya, 18, 08007 Barcelona. It’s just around the corner from the Passeig de Gracia metro station on lines 2, 3, and 4, or about five minutes walking from Plaza Catalunya.
