Barcelona for students: life on the cheap side

Students are notoriously famous for being low on cash. College tuition, the rent, food, utilities, groceries… it all adds up in the end of the month, which sometimes makes it difficult to have enough money to engage in leisure activities.

Restaurants

Himalicheap barcelona

Located in the district of Gràcia, this Nepalese restaurant serves good exotic food at great prices. Address: Carrer de Milà i Fontanals, 60. Metro stop: Verdaguer (L4, L5).

Juicy Jones

La Taqueria

Piscis

Museums

There are several museums in Barcelona that offer free admission. Some are only free on the first Sunday of the month, while others are free every Sunday after 3 pm.
