Going out at night in El Born – Part 1

Cactus Bar

Famous for its great terrace, this is a cosy and elegant place with a double life – it’s a coffee shop during the day and cocktail bar at night.

With a long list of drinks to choose from and a dynamic schedule, it’s a great option for any night of the week – live concerts and DJ sessions take place from Monday through Thursday, while the second Sunday of each month is dedicated to music from the 70s, 80s and 90s. Magic Club

A legendary rock nightclub dating back to the 70s, Magic Club opens at midnight on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays and allows you to dance to your favourite rock hits until the sun rises. It also serves as a concert hall, having hosted hundreds of both local and international bands. It’s normally already full around 2 AM, so you’d be advised to go a little earlier.

Míramelindo

Another highlight of the vibrant El Born nightlife is Miramelindo, a cocktail bar with skilled bartenders who will prepare you the best mojitos and caipirinhas you’ve ever tasted.
