Yogalinda’s specialty is a particular type of yoga called Hot yoga. Hot yoga is very similar to traditional yoga, except for the fact that all yoga poses are performed in a studio at a 40°C room temperature.

Yogalinda’s studio is in the Poblenou neighbourhood in the Sant Martí district, and it is actually very close to the beach. The focus is more on a cardiovascular workout, with attention for breathing, posture alignment, flexibility and strength.

High temperatures warm the muscles right from the start of the session, so poses are very unlikely to do the body any harm. In addition, the temperature helps muscles being more flexible, which makes stretching into each pose a lot easier.

The blissful feeling you get from a Hot yoga session makes you want to come back to Yogalinda’s again and again. Hot yoga can also support losing weight.

Hot yoga will help you:

  • Improve your flexibility
  • Lose weight
  • Build strength
  • Reduce stress
  • Relieve back pain
  • Improve your body’s energy
  • Improve digestion and blood circulation
  • Sweat, improving your skin, blood and muscles
