L’Eixample, which means “extension” in Catalan, was created during the implementation of the Cerdà Plan, the widest urban expansion of Barcelona. Today it is one of the largest residential and commercial areas of Barcelona. There is a variety of shops and restaurants offering every type of cuisine. Boca Grande, located on the Passatge de la Concepció, is one of the most sophisticated restaurants in Barcelona. Its service and its dishes are indeed a place of rendezvous for all the fans of refined flavors. The menu contains typical Spanish dishes such as paella, but also specialties such as risotto or steak. Boca Grande offers a wide range of quality wines and cocktails having earned the title of Best Cocktail Bar in Barcelona.

Jaime Berienstain, a famous designer from Chile, created an unusual concept of cocktail bar/café, combining it with furniture and decoration store. Beriestain invites you to come to his eponymous restaurant and discover the flavors of his homeland as well as atypical dishes whose recipes have been totally created by the innovative chef. The restaurant’s interior is furnished with pieces designed by Jaime Berienstain himself. Everything is for sale in the concept store.

Brown 33

Brown 33 is, as the name suggests, located at number 33 of Passeig de Gràcia, the most elegant avenue of Barcelona and one of the world’s most famous areas for tourist attractions. The restaurant is divided into four areas, each with its own identity. The main room on the ground floor offers an incredible view over Passeig de Gràcia. The terrace is also ideal for enjoying the summer evenings. Finally, there is an exclusive second floor where the Sala 33 is located, a private area for events. The restaurant serves Italian cuisine and Mediterranean dishes with original presentation, flavors and colors.
