Created by Greg Glassman in 2000, CrossFit has become one of the most popular forms of exercise of the modern age. Combining elements from calisthenics, gymnastics, high-intensity interval training and others, CrossFit is a highly energetic form of training that helps the body get toned and healthier.
With workout times between forty five minutes to one hour, CrossFit offers interchangeable routines to allow certain muscles to rest and give you more of a variety of exercise. Depending on the intensity, proper nutrition, rest and commitment, results start to show quicker than other conventional methods.
