Located in Vilassar de Dalt, about half an hour by car from Barcelona, Illa Fantasia is a popular water park that is open only during the Summer, between the months of June and September. Occupying the ruins of the old Teatro Municipal de Figueres, Dalí Theatre-Museum was founded in 1974 by Salvador Dalí himself. The museum collects more than 1500 works by the artists, including drawings, paintings, sculptures, installations, photographs and even holograms. The museum is considered today the largest surrealist object in the world.
