A lounge bar located in the neighbourhood of Horta, Periféric was recently closed for renovations and has come back better than ever. Open between 5 PM and 2 AM on weekdays and closing only at 3 AM on weekends, it’s the perfect place for a gin & tonic or just a coffee. With a nice terrace, comfortable sofas, two big televisions, an excellent Wi-Fi service and a darts machine, it has everything you need to have a good time in Barcelona. They are also known for organizing great private parties and birthday celebrations, so if you have a group event on the horizon, make sure to give them a call, as their service is pretty great.

Louise Se Va

Open until 2 in the morning and with a vast menu, Louise Se Va (a name inspired by the classic Richard Berry song “Louie Louie”) is the place for those who like to eat and drink until late. Delicious bocadillos, inventive tapas, juicy burgers, tasty salads, good beers and great music – what else do you need? The environment is informal and relaxed, the service is very attentive and the prices are quite reasonable, so we definitely recommend you give it a try.

La Tasca

Unpretentious and with super friendly service, La Tasca is a traditional Catalan tavern, where the client’s comfort and satisfaction are always the top priority. With a wide variety of tapas that are served in quite generous portions and the atmosphere of a humble neighbourhood establishment, this is one of those places where you don’t even notice the time pass while you eat, drink and laugh.

In sum, La Tasca is the perfect place to go if you want to experience Barcelona differently – it shows you an often unnoticed side of the city and its people, offering you a deeper insight into the life and customs of the locals. Plus, the prices are great!

Address: Rambla del Carmel, 28.
