Universitat Internacional Menéndez Pelayo was founded in 1932 by the Spanish Ministry of Education. It was initially known as Universitat de Santander, changing its name in 1945.

These institutions are awesome but just not for non-EU students.
Please write about how to get admitted in these institutions.
If a non EU student want to study bachelor degree in dentistry or medicine at public Universities of Barcelona , one has the pass selectividad to improve his mark.
And selectividad consist of subjects like history of Spain, foundations of arts, mathematics applied to social sciences and Latin language. A non EU student never heard of these subjects and he has to compete in these subjects
So it is very difficult for non EU students.
