Gran Teatro del Liceu

Created in 1847, Gran Teatro del Liceu  is the oldest theatre and opera house in Barcelona. It is the most popular venue in Barcelona for opera, showcasing works by Giuseppe Verdi, Richard Wagner and Giacomo Puccini.

Gran Teatro del Liceu is located at Las Ramblas, 51-59.

Palau de la Música Catalana

An important piece of the Catalan Modernism, Palau de la Música Catalana was designed by Lluís Domenèch I Montaner and built between 1905 and 1908. This gorgeous building was declared World Heritage by UNESCO due to its original and innovative architecture. Palau de la Música Catalana offers a rich monthly program with Opera, Jazz, Flamenco, and Guitar shows.

Palau de la Música Catalana is located at Carrer Palau de la Música 4-6.

Palau Sant Jordi

Palau Sant Jordi is an indoor sporting arena and multi-purpose installation where some of the major concerts take place. Designed by Japanese architect Arata Isozaki, Palau Sant Jordi hosted the artistic gymnastics, handball and basketball final during the 1992 Summer Olympics. Today, the Palau is used for basketball games and musical events. Some of the most famous names to perform in Palau Sant Jordi were Madonna, U2, Depeche Mode, Dire Straits, Elton John, Sting and Aerosmith.

Palau Sant Jordi is located at Passeig Olímpic, 5-7.

Razzmatazz

Within their nineteen years of existence, Razzmatazz is one of the most famous concert venues in Barcelona. This popular nightclub has hosted concerts by such iconic bands as The Smashing Pumpkins, Coldplay, Belle and Sebastien, Florence and the Machine and even Blur. The club is divided in five different rooms, each one dedicated to different styles of music. Razzclub plays indie-pop, new wave, nu-rave and electro pop; The Loft focuses on techno, hard-techno, tech-house, electro and dubstep; Lolita’s sound includes house, trap, electronic, dubstep, future beats, italo, hip hop, electropop and nu disco; Pop Bar plays northern soul, indie classic, electro-rock, technopop, RnB, twee-pop and 80’s music; Rex Room bets on house, italo-disco, old-school electro, acid, gay house and others.

Razzmatazz is located at Carrer Pamplona, 88.
