Right in the centre of Avenida Diagonal, near the district of Gràcia, is the modern tapas bar Cros Diagonal Restaurant. Whether you are after tapas or a traditional Spanish dish, this is the place to go in Avenida Diagonal. The house specialty is their list of eggs done in multiple different fashions; a great choice for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Down near Sagrada Familia is the Italian restaurant PerBacco. This charming little restaurant has everything you could ask for: from delicious pizzas to beautiful handmade pasta and ice cream. It is slightly more expensive than the other options but the food is truly wonderful and the atmosphere will send you straight to the streets of Rome.

The Cow Market up near Les Corts is truly the place to go for steaks, sausages and all things that can be grilled. Not one for the vegetarians, this is a meat-lovers paradise offering vast arrays of different cuts of meats and red wines. Definitely a great choice for when you need a protein kick!

Yashima is a wonderful restaurant, I've been there after looking it up. it has great reputation

All the meals there (soup, sushi, dessert) were delicious. The staff could be a bit more quick to respond, but overall, I can't find much to complain.

It's good for both the locals and the tourists. The staff are friendly, the sitting is cozy and clean, the food is pretty much what you'd expect from a decent italian restaurant. Their seafood pasta is especially popular.
