On the road: fun ways to explore Barcelona

There are people who love walking tours and those who prefer to discover the city using a vehicle.  Instead of buying a ticket for the tour bus, why not try something different? Barcelona has a variety of services that rent different types o vehicles so you can explore the city with a guide or on your own.

Vesping

If you ever dreamed of driving a Vespa, you will get a kick out of this experience. You can choose from:

Open Daily Tour, in which visitors gather at 10h and go on a 6-hour guided tour, which includes a typical Catalan lunch and a free visit to Parc Güell. The prices are 125€ for a single driver or 75€ per person for a driver and passenger.

You and your GPS, in which you will be supplied with a vehicle and a GPS Satellite Navigator so you can plan your own visit and see the places of your choice. You can choose between 4 different Vespa models and decide if you want to keep it for 6h, 1 day, 2 days or a full week. Prices vary from 45€ to 500€, depending on your choices.

You and yours is a private guided tour for groups from 5 to 50, tailor-made to fit your choices. Prices start at 125€.

GoCar

Get to know the city driving a “pocket-size”, open-top car. You can choose between the Barcelona Full Day Tour – 6-12 hours, 59€ per person; the Barcelona Experience – 2 and a half hours at the center and at Montjuïc, 39€ per person; Discover Gaudí – visit all the architect’s monuments for 2 hours and a half, 39€ per person; Beach & Shoping – 2 and a half hours to visit the beaches and the best shopping sites, 39€ per person; FC Barcelona Special – 5 hours to visit Camp Nou stadium, the team’s museum and the Barça Megastore for 79€ per person; and the Barcelona VIP Guided Tour – a 90-minute tour in the passenger’s seat with an experienced tour guide, 39€ per person.

Barcelona Segway Tour

Jump onto a Segway and get ready to know the city with the company’s tour guides, by choosing one of the following tours:

Barcelona Segway Tour – visit the Gothic quarter, the beach and the historical & Olympic Port. A 2-hour visit for 59€.

Barcelona Segway Tour XXL – visit the Gothic quarter, the seafront, Parc de la Ciutadella and the Born district. A 3-hour visit for 79€.

Gastronomic Segway Tour – visit the Gothic quarter, Barceloneta and the History & Olympic Port, stopping at some of the city’s gastronomic hotspots. A 3-hour visit for 95€.

Early Bird Segway Tour – perfect for early risers, you will visit the Gothic Quarter, the beach and the History & Olympic Port as the city awakens. A 2-hour visit for 59€.
