Best costume stores in Barcelona

We can always find a reason to get into a costume if we really want to. Carnaval and Halloween are the biggest costume-driven celebrations in Barcelona, where you can let your imagination run wild and come up with the most fun and original disguises.

If you don’t want to make your own, here is ShBarcelona’s list of the best costume stores in Barcelona:

Party Fiesta

Party Fiesta is a party supplies and costume store chain that was founded in 1994 in Barcelona. It is today one of the most famous stores of its kind, having opened new locations in Portugal, France, Panama, Dominican Republic and more.

At Party Fiesta you can find costumes for adults and children, like the traditional witches, princesses, and action heroes, and also new original costumes like Minion, from Despicable Me, Gingerbread Man, Waldo, from Where’s Waldo, and Rubik’s cube.

Party Fiesta has several locations in Barcelona. The ones closest to the center are in Diagonal Mar Shopping Center at Carrer Josep Plà, 31; Glòres Shopping Center, at Avenida Diagonal, 208; Carrer Consell de Cent, 343; and Carrer Pintor Fortuny, 6.

Atucom

Atucom is a new company that offers costumes for plays, theme parties, movies, Carnaval and Halloween. Customers can choose to rent or buy costumes like Rag Doll, Zombie Marylin Monroe, Jack the Ripper, Hello Kitty and many more.

Atucom is located at Carrer de Roger de Llúria, 27.

El Relámpago

El Relámpago  is a party supply store that has been in business since 1941, selling products like balloons, piñatas, plastic cups and whatever else might be needed for a celebration. At El Relámpago costume section, you will find a variety of outfits for adults and children like Asterix, Flamenco Dancer, Geisha, Zorro, Werewolf and Disney’s Maleficent.

El Relámpago is located at Carrer Torrent de L’olla, 130.

Menkes

Menkes is a company that specializes in theater, dance and events accessories. The costume section of the shop offers a variety of well-made costumes for adults and children, like Musketeer, Carmen Miranda, and a series of regal costumes.

Menkes is located at Gran Vía de les Corts Catalanes 642-646.

La Bolsera

La Bolsera was founded in the Raval neighborhood in 1919, offering an array of party products and costumes like pirate, leopard-woman, princess, and more.

La Bolsera is located at Carrer de Xuclà, 15.
