Camping Bungalows in Barcelona

Camping is not for everyone. The noise, the heat, and the light are only some of the factors that make this activity unappealing for some. But there are different ways of camping, other than using a tent. Barcelona has dozens of camping sites that offer bungalows for rent, equipped with electricity, air conditioning, and bathrooms.

Globo Rojo

Globo Rojo is a first class campsite with beautiful grounds, three swimming pools, a children’s park and a supermarket, located next to a variety of beaches. The bungalows, Deluxe and Infinity, are nothing short of spectacular, beautifully decorated and equipped with all the modern amenities. There are also luxurious mobile homes, caravans and space for tents.

Camping Globo Rojo is located at Carretera N-II, Km 660.9, in Canet de Mar, 46 minutes away from Barcelona.

Camping Barcelona

Camping Barcelona is a campsite in Mataró, about 30 minutes away from Barcelona’s center. The campsite accommodates different types of RVs and caravans, having also a space reserved only for tents. There are two types of bungalows available for renting: Bungalows Mediterraneos and Bungalows Maresme.

Camping Barcelona is located at Carretera N-II, Km 650, Mataró.

Camping 3 Estrellas

Located in Gavá, about 30 minutes away from Barcelona’s center, Camping 3 Estrellas offers 4 different bungalows:

Super Astria – 2 to 4 people, 17m2

Super Venus – 4 people, 25m2

O’Hara – 4 people, 24m2 of interior space and 8m2 porch

Super Mercure – 4 to 6 people, 30m2

All bungalows come with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, pillows, sheets, garden chairs and table, and a parking space.

Camping 3 Estrellas also rents individual beds in shared rooms, RV lots and an ecologic Domo built out of adobe.

The campsite has its own swimming pool and is located close to the beach.

You can find Camping 3 Estrellas at C-13, Km 186,2 (towards the airport) in the Autovia of Castelldefels.

Campalans

If you prefer the mountain air instead of the beach, Campalans may be a good choice for you. There are quaint little bungalows with stunning views of the surrounding mountains. The camping also rents rooms at their rural hotel and lots for mobile homes and tents. The camping organizes a series of activities for adults and kids

Campalans is located at Carretera de Sant Jaume de Frontanyà, Km 1,5, at Borredà, Berguedà, about one hour and a half away from Barcelona.
