It has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a single bed. The American kitchen is fully equipped, with a dishwasher, oven, microwave and other kitchen utensils. Sarrià is located in the upper part of the city, close to the Tibidabo mountain and its amusement park . In this neighborhood is one of Gaudí's architectural gems, the Torre Bellesguard, listed as a cultural asset . If you wish, you can enjoy the sun in one of the neighborhood's popular terraces, or simply go for a walk in the beautiful parks and gardens that the area offers . In the surroundings you will find restaurants of Catalan and international gastronomy and tapas bars.
Sarrià has an excellent public transport service, a few steps from the apartment is the train and railway station Les Tres Torres and the L6 metro line.

En este barrio se encuentra una de las joyas arquitectónicas de Gaudí, la Torre Bellesguard catalogada como bien cultural. Si deseáis podréis disfrutar del sol en una de las populares terrazas del barrio, o simplemente salir a pasear por los bellos parques y jardines que ofrece la zona. En los alrededores encontraréis restaurantes de gastronomía catalana e internacional y bares de tapas.
Sarrià cuente con un excelente servicio de transporte público, a pocos pasos del apartamento se encuentra la estación de trenes y ferrocarriles Les Tres Torres y la línea de metro L6.

« Ready to move in»: all our apartments are furnished and equipped. All of them have a washing machine, bed linen and blankets; you just have to bring your personal belongings and your own towels. The apartment will be thoroughly cleaned before your arrival.
Outside of these hours, the keys will be delivered in the apartment directly and it has an extra cost.
· Weekdays from 6:00 p.m to 10:00 p.m, extra charge of 30€ and from 10:00 p.m to 9:00 a.m, extra charge of 50€.
· Holidays and weekends surcharge of 30€ all day until 10:00 p.m and 50€ after 10:00 p.m, until 9:00 a.m.
The acceptance of your request will be decided by the owner.
The owner of the booking is entitled to the full refund of the booking amount paid to ShBarcelona, if the contract is not finalized for reasons attributable to the property, without in any case, having the right to demand any additional compensation.
In addition, it is important to keep in mind that although the apartments have insurance that covers water damages, fire and civil liability, this insurance does not cover damages or possible theft of your personal belongings. The keys will be handed over during office hours (Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm). Outside these hours or on public holidays, you will have to pay an additional €30 to the agent who will give you the keys.
Be careful, if you lose the keys to the flat, you will be charged an additional €50.
Possible additional charges:
- Check-in weekdays between 18:00 h-23:00 h = €30.
- During the weekend or holiday: €30.
- During the weekend or holiday: €30 (All day until 11:00 p.m.)
- Check-in between 23:00 h-1:00 h in the morning : €50

Make an imprint and a pre-authorization, therefore, the amount will not be charged and this pre-authorization is valid for 7 days.
With this option you will be charged of an extra amount of 20€ to organize the deposit back upon departure. Please note that if you pay cash, the amount will be returned once it has handed over the keys and if the apartment conditions are satisfactory.
The number of persons who may use the apartment may not exceed the number of persons for which the apartment is supposed to be used, except for children under two years of age. Pets are allowed only when permission has been granted.
