Bright apartment for temporary rental in the city of Badalona , a very quiet city with a magnificent beach , near Barcelona. The house is located near the Can Solei Park and Ca l'Arnús, and relatively close to the Puente de la Botifarreta Beach .
The apartment building is new and it shows in all aspects, whether in the distribution of the rooms and the good condition of everything, as well as the community facilities , which have a beautiful community garden with a swimming pool in the center. and park where children can play. The living-dining room is very cozy and bright, thanks to the fact that it communicates directly with the apartment's balcony . The American-style kitchen is fully equipped and ready to prepare your best dishes. It has two bedrooms , one with a double bed and the other with a single bed, but both with their respective built-in wardrobes. The property has a bathroom , air conditioning, heating, internet and a parking space .
It has multiple bus stops nearby that communicate both with the rest of Badalona and with the city of Barcelona.

El edificio del piso es nuevo y se nota en todos los aspectos, ya sea en la distribución de las estancias y el buen estado de todo, como por las instalaciones de la comunidad, que cuenta con un bonito jardín comunitario con una piscina en el centro y parque donde pueden jugar los niños. El salón-comedor es muy acogedor y luminoso, gracias al hecho que comunica directamente con el balcón del apartamento. La cocina de estilo americana está totalmente equipada y lista para preparar tus mejores platos. Cuenta con dos habitaciones, una de ellas con cama doble y la otra con cama individual, pero las dos con sus respectivos armarios empotrados. El inmueble dispone de un baño, aire acondicionado, calefacción, internet y una plaza de parking.
Tiene múltiples paradas de bus cerca que comunican tanto con el resto de Badalona, como con la ciudad de Barcelona.

However, please note that if the problem is derived from misuse or accident attributable to the tenant, then the repair costs will be charged.
« Ready to move in»: all our apartments are furnished and equipped. All of them have a washing machine, bed linen and blankets; you just have to bring your personal belongings and your own towels. The apartment will be thoroughly cleaned before your arrival.
Outside of these hours, the keys will be delivered in the apartment directly and it has an extra cost.
· Weekdays from 6:00 p.m to 10:00 p.m, extra charge of 30€ and from 10:00 p.m to 9:00 a.m, extra charge of 50€.
· Holidays and weekends surcharge of 30€ all day until 10:00 p.m and 50€ after 10:00 p.m, until 9:00 a.m.
The acceptance of your request will be decided by the owner.
The owner of the booking is entitled to the full refund of the booking amount paid to ShBarcelona, if the contract is not finalized for reasons attributable to the property, without in any case, having the right to demand any additional compensation.
In addition, it is important to keep in mind that although the apartments have insurance that covers water damages, fire and civil liability, this insurance does not cover damages or possible theft of your personal belongings. The keys will be handed over during office hours (Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm). Outside these hours or on public holidays, you will have to pay an additional €30 to the agent who will give you the keys.
Be careful, if you lose the keys to the flat, you will be charged an additional €50.
Possible additional charges:
- Check-in weekdays between 18:00 h-23:00 h = €30.
- During the weekend or holiday: €30.
- During the weekend or holiday: €30 (All day until 11:00 p.m.)
- Check-in between 23:00 h-1:00 h in the morning : €50

Make an imprint and a pre-authorization, therefore, the amount will not be charged and this pre-authorization is valid for 7 days.
With this option you will be charged of an extra amount of 20€ to organize the deposit back upon departure. Please note that if you pay cash, the amount will be returned once it has handed over the keys and if the apartment conditions are satisfactory.
The number of persons who may use the apartment may not exceed the number of persons for which the apartment is supposed to be used, except for children under two years of age. Pets are allowed only when permission has been granted.
