The apartment is located on Aragó street, right next to Padilla street . This area is located next to the majestic Basilica of the Sagrada Família .
This residential and family neighborhood is very quiet and has all the essential services nearby, such as supermarkets, bars, restaurants and the Les Glòries shopping center.
In addition, near the building there is the Encants metro stop (L2) that connects directly with the center. Live your stay in Barcelona in a quiet and safe environment.
Newly renovated apartment
The loft has been recently renovated and has very good quality furniture. It has a main room that includes the fully equipped office kitchen that opens onto the living-dining room with a table with space for 4 people , and a two-seater sofa in front of a flat screen TV.
The double bedroom has all kinds of details, from table lamps to a huge built-in wardrobe. In addition, it has a very complete bathroom, which has a shower and towels. The floor is a 4th and has an elevator to liven up the climb.

Piso recién reformado
El loft ha sido recientemente reformado y cuenta con mobiliario de muy buena calidad. Cuenta con una estancia principal que comprende la cocina tipo office completamente equipada que se abre hacia el salón-comedor con una mesa con espacio para 4 comensales, y un sofá biplaza frente a un televisor de pantalla plana.
La habitación doble dispone de todo tipo de detalles, desde lámparas de mesita hasta un enorme armario empotrado. Además, dispone de un baño muy completo, que goza de ducha y toallas. El piso es un 4º y cuenta con ascensor para amenizar la subida.

However, please note that if the problem is derived from misuse or accident attributable to the tenant, then the repair costs will be charged.
« Ready to move in»: all our apartments are furnished and equipped. All of them have a washing machine, bed linen and blankets; you just have to bring your personal belongings and your own towels. The apartment will be thoroughly cleaned before your arrival.
Outside of these hours, the keys will be delivered in the apartment directly and it has an extra cost.
· Weekdays from 6:00 p.m to 10:00 p.m, extra charge of 30€ and from 10:00 p.m to 9:00 a.m, extra charge of 50€.
· Holidays and weekends surcharge of 30€ all day until 10:00 p.m and 50€ after 10:00 p.m, until 9:00 a.m.
The acceptance of your request will be decided by the owner.
The owner of the booking is entitled to the full refund of the booking amount paid to ShBarcelona, if the contract is not finalized for reasons attributable to the property, without in any case, having the right to demand any additional compensation.

The keys will be handed over during office hours (Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm). Outside these hours or on public holidays, you will have to pay an additional €30 to the agent who will give you the keys.
Be careful, if you lose the keys to the flat, you will be charged an additional €50.
Possible additional charges:
- Check-in weekdays between 18:00 h-23:00 h = €30.
- During the weekend or holiday: €30.
- During the weekend or holiday: €30 (All day until 11:00 p.m.)
- Check-in between 23:00 h-1:00 h in the morning : €50

Make an imprint and a pre-authorization, therefore, the amount will not be charged and this pre-authorization is valid for 7 days.
With this option you will be charged of an extra amount of 20€ to organize the deposit back upon departure. Please note that if you pay cash, the amount will be returned once it has handed over the keys and if the apartment conditions are satisfactory.
The number of persons who may use the apartment may not exceed the number of persons for which the apartment is supposed to be used, except for children under two years of age. Pets are allowed only when permission has been granted.
