This beautiful apartment is located very close to the Mercat de Sant Antoni, one of the liveliest neighborhoods in l'Eixample, specifically in carrer Sant Antoni Abat, on the corner of carrer de la Cendra.
In this area you will find a wide variety of restaurants, shops, pharmacies and supermarkets. If you are a lover of theater and art, in the neighborhood you can enjoy numerous plays and exhibitions throughout the year.
Communication by public transport is very good, with Sant Antoni (L2) being the closest metro stop to the house, just 2 minutes away on foot. In addition, there are several bus lines that will take you to visit all the most special corners of Barcelona.

The apartment has an area of 32m² and is rented furnished and equipped with everything you need to move into. It is equipped with a double bed with an additional mattress for the guests.
At one end of the floor there is the study area and a small table for up to four people, while if you prefer to eat in the kitchen there is a bar set up for breakfast or a quick lunch. The living room consists of a comfortable sofa, with a dresser and TV. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and a bathroom cabinet with space to store all hygiene products.

They will be able to assist you and if is necessary will send a person to solve any problem that has occurred in the apartment. This service is free of charge. However, please note that if the problem is derived from misuse or accident attributable to the tenant, then the repair costs will be charged.
« Ready to move in»: all our apartments are furnished and equipped. All of them have a washing machine, bed linen and blankets; you just have to bring your personal belongings and your own towels. The apartment will be thoroughly cleaned before your arrival.
Outside of these hours, the keys will be delivered in the apartment directly and it has an extra cost.
· Weekdays from 6:00 p.m to 10:00 p.m, extra charge of 30€ and from 10:00 p.m to 9:00 a.m, extra charge of 50€.
· Holidays and weekends surcharge of 30€ all day until 10:00 p.m and 50€ after 10:00 p.m, until 9:00 a.m.
The acceptance of your request will be decided by the owner.
The owner of the booking is entitled to the full refund of the booking amount paid to ShBarcelona, if the contract is not finalized for reasons attributable to the property, without in any case, having the right to demand any additional compensation.
In addition, it is important to keep in mind that although the apartments have insurance that covers water damages, fire and civil liability, this insurance does not cover damages or possible theft of your personal belongings. It is important to take into account that, although the apartments have home insurance coverage, this insurance does not cover damages to third parties or the possible theft of your belongings. The keys will be handed over during office hours (Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm). Outside these hours or on public holidays, you will have to pay an additional €30 to the agent who will give you the keys.
Be careful, if you lose the keys to the flat, you will be charged an additional €50.

- Check-in weekdays between 18:00 h-23:00 h = €30.
- During the weekend or holiday: €30.

Make an imprint and a pre-authorization, therefore, the amount will not be charged and this pre-authorization is valid for 7 days.
With this option you will be charged of an extra amount of 20€ to organize the deposit back upon departure. Please note that if you pay cash, the amount will be returned once it has handed over the keys and if the apartment conditions are satisfactory.
The number of persons who may use the apartment may not exceed the number of persons for which the apartment is supposed to be used, except for children under two years of age. Pets are allowed only when permission has been granted.
